“I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing Lucy is!She helped my pregnant wife and I find me shoes for well over an hour. I have extremely flat feet and no arch so finding shoes for a big fella like me is very difficult and she did everything she could to help me leave with shoes. Even brought down 15+ boxes of sneakers (I’m a size 11.5-13 & they’re on the very top shelves). I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She also had a wide diversity of knowledge on the shoes and their sizes, and alternatives. “The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! “We were pleasantly greeted at the door by Zachary. We knew exactly what we wanted we walked in. After a brief description were trying on shoes. We left our selections at the register and perused the various % off sales. Couple of the items were not avaliable in our sizes but Zachary took note of the items and sizes were needed . With a few phone calls our items were ordered from a different location and in fact just recieved an email that they will be on our door step via Fed Ex in the morning. I usually do a lot of online shopping like most people but this was by far the most pleasant shopping trip in a while. You have have a solid team and they should be applauded for their customer service skills.”

“It was amazing I walked in and was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman. I requested to get my feet measured on the Foot IQ Machine to determine a shoe size for Hoka One One Work Shoes Bondi SR. I got the proper measurements and placed my order. I then asked if the New Bondi 8's were in? He said Yes. I asked if he had the black and white pair. He pleasantly surprised me with a 2nd yes! Got super excited then we got to work with a pair of right fitting socks and he put them on and I fell in love I Said SOLD! He then expressed that I should wear a different type of sock to fight off moisture-bother issues and to use a moisture wicking material. I had no idea this was a thing. So we found my size and ordered those too. A but pricey but your on your feet all day and they need the best care! ? Thank you so much! I will recommend and return!”

Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”
