“It was amazing I walked in and was quickly greeted by a nice gentleman. I requested to get my feet measured on the Foot IQ Machine to determine a shoe size for Hoka One One Work Shoes Bondi SR. I got the proper measurements and placed my order. I then asked if the New Bondi 8's were in? He said Yes. I asked if he had the black and white pair. He pleasantly surprised me with a 2nd yes! Got super excited then we got to work with a pair of right fitting socks and he put them on and I fell in love I Said SOLD! He then expressed that I should wear a different type of sock to fight off moisture-bother issues and to use a moisture wicking material. I had no idea this was a thing. So we found my size and ordered those too. A but pricey but your on your feet all day and they need the best care! ? Thank you so much! I will recommend and return!”

“Let’s talk inventory, yes men’s clothing : perfect selection here .I think they should fire the person in charge of Massachusetts ordering guys or who ever is responsible of the buying department for men .I had to drive to Nashua NH to find some good men’s selection.It’s not Abercrombie it’s the buyers I guess.Bring the good buyers to mass please so the inventory can be better then the actual and I don’t have to drive 45 minutes.”

“I needed some elastic bands for my dislocated shoulder rehab and they were easy to find. Also needed some small dumb bells and they had what I needed. Try finding them elsewhere. They have a large selection of all things Sports. Don't worry about customer service when none of our kids want to work these days like we used to back in the day. Dick's like all retail stores do the best they can. People need to be kinder and more patient. :-)”

“We went in today just to take a look around and found that they actually had the pair of Vans my son had been wanting for his birthday. The associate, Cindy, was incredibly helpful. We got some socks that worked better with the shoe he was trying on, and she helped us find the right size for him, bringing out three different sizes just for him to try and explaining the best way to put them on (he's not used to slip-on). I will absolutely be back for my next pair of sneakers.”
