It's impossible to contact them to return a wrong part received. No phone, auto email answers, no way to contact them. Placed the order through CCC by VIN and got a different harness. Vendor Order: NHW382145. Just headache!

Horrible customer service!! Order never showed up and can't get ahold of anyone. No one responds back to the email and no one in NH is in the chat, its always the MA branch on the chat. Will never buy from there again******Update phone lines are off. Only communication is email or chat.

Item never received or shipped. No response from seller. Had to dispute the item on my credit card statement as a last resort. Pathetic fraud.
