I had forgotten to tell them about an issue I was having with the rear brakes., but they saw it and called me. I've always appreciated when a technician examines the entire vehicle and catches small problems before they become large problems. “Spectacular Service! I have an extended warranty on my Ford F150. I was experiencing transmission problems and I called six different Ford dealers. No one could even LOOK at my truck for six weeks. When I realized that my warranty was not limited to Ford I called Russell Auto. They confirmed that they can work with my warranty. They got me in in less than a week. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They worked with my warranty company to approve a complete transmission replacement. I had my truck back to me in another week. I told them that I was using my truck to tow a camper to Florida in a few weeks and they took extra time to go through my truck and provide a few additional service items to prepare me for my trip. I could not be happier to recommend them.”
