“This morning I booked an appointment via the CVS app for a flu vaccine and was advised to bring identification & insurance card. The pleasant pharmacist vaccinated me just moments after arriving. Overall the visit lasted five minutes. The entire process was smooth, so yes I will definitely visit CVS again for future vaccinations!”

“They were able to fill a medication that’s on back order at many other pharmacies, relatively quickly, and conveniently. But not only that, the store itself is absolutely darling and has such a great selection of everyday products, novelty items, accessories and gifts. “I am in awe with the efficiency of this Rite Aid location and the 5 star customer service . I will drive well out of my way to take all of my prescription needs here. I am used to waiting hours for an antibiotic at other more local competitors, but the team on Mast Road had my daughter’s antibiotic filled before I even pulled out of urgent care. The night before a snow storm near closing, I spent less than 5 minutes in the drive through and that includes waiting for the antibiotic to be reconstituted. Everybody is just so friendly! My husband has also taken his prescriptions here and raves about how quick and pleasant the staff is.
And to those complaining about the store closing for lunch. I’m sorry to hear that it’s inconvenient for you. ER providers do take a lunch break, they just have other physicians to cover for them so they don’t have to close. There is often only one pharmacist working per shift, and they need to eat so they don’t make a mistake on your prescriptions, so plan your trip around it!
Thank you all for working so hard and working later and on weekends where so many other chains have cut these hours. We appreciate everything you do for us!”

have smiling face but looks gloomy. Not paying attention to patients when eagerly waiting for their prescriptions. Not getting meds ( refill ) on time seems so negligence.Needs. Needs to pay more attention to customers ( Patients ) standing for a long time in a queue. This is to be treated most important regarding hospitality. Thanks”

(Believe she has blonde straight hair) She took the time to help me with my prescription which she didn’t even have to do but did anyways! She deserves recognition for going above and beyond!! I have ran into her a couple times at the pharmacy and each time she has a positive attitude no matter how busy it is and she’s very attentive. I usually seem to deal with angry people everywhere i go so it’s very nice to see someone who is pleasant and takes their time to help you. Thank you again ! :-)”

“Their good here they keep stuff stocker. I wish they kept more of the sale item, though. Staff is always friendly and always welcomes everyone when walking through the door. I like them, although their printing has gone downhill a lot in the last 3 months. I used to love their prints now not so much I chose to get prints in other locations. Hope this will be fixed soon so I can come back for my prints. The only downfall is that the rehab place across the street. You get the do you have spare change. The remodel is nice they don't have as much as they used to, but it's organized.”
