I had no intention of actually purchasing a phone on Sunday because I had my two children with me and I knew that it would be time-consuming. Right away he alleviated that predicament for me by changing the TV to a kids program to keep my kids attention. He explained the process to me very detailed and had everything done in less than 45 minutes. Truly amazing customer service.”

“Great experience at the Manchester NH office on 8/1/25. After 24 years with US Cellular, and using the Milford, NH store for our customer service needs, we decided to try the Manchester NH office. The guys there were great. Our longtime experience at Milford had been TERRIBLE. Multiple associates over the years had been unhelpful and had us thinking of car salesman types. But the guys at the Manchester store were so much nicer.

I came across Cellular Freedom through a Google search & read many rave reviews about them, so I decided to give them a go. They were very professional and did an amazing job replacing the screen on her phone. It looks like a brand new phone!
