“I just started going to the Speedy Lube on Second St in Manchester NH over the last month. Ive been her 2 times, the first time for a driver side caliper and the 2nd time for a passenger side caliper and State Inspection. Both times I staff as a whole are very friendly... From the front end to the mechanic's working on your car. Secondly they go out of their way to help their customers. The first time I was there for the driver's side front caliper, nobody had the caliper in stock except in Boston Massachusetts. They put the order in and had the caliper delivered to them from Boston. The order went in about 1pm and the ETA was 4pm for delivery. The caliper came in at 4pm and they had it all installed by 4:30pm for me. Then there's the honesty and integrity they have for their customers. I got price quotes of $300 to $480 parts and labor for each caliper. They did the job for $150.00 parts and labor... It's hard to find a good, honest shop with reasonable prices. They check all the boxes off and do it with a smile. The owner Brian and his Sister own the shop and I truly believe u wouldn't find a better shop here in Manchester. I'll do a follow up on this review to tell people about my 2nd time here which was today, for a inspection and the other front caliper.... But needless to say again they went above and beyond to take care of me. I'm a customer for life and will spread my story as much as possible to hopefully gain them some more business, which is the least I can do for them. A+++ people & service.”
“I called John and Sons Tire Service last minute and I was trying to help out my cousin before the winter storm and they had two tires for us after installing them at the end of the day with no hesitation!! “Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.”
