“Notice my truck tire was going flat within a few day of filling it with air, didn't see any nails then realized the bead sealant at the rim was leaking. Brought it to Tire Warehouse and asked if that was something they do and they said yes, bring it right in. Within 10 minutes they had my tire as good as new. Staff is always friendly and helpful, highly recommend this place.”

Brought it to Travis at NCA because he was very responsive and thorough in explaining things to me when i called him.Repairs took about a month longer than it should have / was originally estimated due to a bunch of things going wrong. That said, my truck looks great like nothing happened to it so I still say 5 stars and recommend him. Just be prepared to wait a bit for quality workService: Body & Trim”

“Where to begin. My Mom needed a new car. She lives about 40 minutes from Grimmards and also from my home so it was hard for me to find her a car with me being a bit of a drive and having minimal time. I know Grimmards has an awesome reputation for used vehicles so I found my Mom a car on their website she liked and was within her price range. Grimmards actually drove the car to her house so she could test drive it and she loved it. They took care of all the financing and got her a great rate. The customer service at Grimmards is beyond excellent.”

“Phil is fair, prompt, and reliable -- he's sometimes the only one at the shop, so if you call and get no answer that's why but he'll get right back to you. Phil has been fixing cars for decades, so it's hard to find someone with more experience. Admittedly, I've known Phil for about 20 years since he was my coach at Manchester North Little League, and I do all I can to get my vehicles in his hands. The shop has a rougher exterior, but it's a place you can trust and Phil is quite the character, so save a little time to chat him up, you'll be glad you did.”

“Friendly, easy to make last minute appointments, warranty on repairs and arrangements for alternative transportation when available were a plus. When I needed to leave my car in the shop for extended periods of time I was able to get a vehicle until the repairs on my SUV were completed. Costs for repairs & labor rate were within range of other locations in the area a bit on the higher side but still reasonable. My husband and I liked that they were able to answer our questions and notify us of needed repair options prior to making the repairs. Awesome people who wanted to solve my problem just as much as I did.
