“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The customer service we received from Wanda Cyr at Ford of Londonderry was beyond exceptional.
We had a terrible noise coming from the truck once you reached 25 mph and above. Wanda asked a number of questions to help diagnose the problem and then asked if we had an extended warranty. We thought we did, yet we bought the vehicle at another dealership and didn’t think we had the paperwork any longer. Wanda later called and told us they figured out the problem, had the parts and could fix it for us, but it would cost $1,400! We didn’t have a choice as it is our only vehicle and we were leaving for a 16 hour drive the following week, so we told her to go ahead and fix the truck. Wanda then took it upon herself to go through the glovebox, find the warranty paper work, and called the after market company to determine if the repair was covered. It was! Wanda literally saved us $1400 that day! She even went one step further and entered all the info in the computer system so that next time, all the warranty info will be there. I can’t tell you the last time anyone went out of their way to extend such outstanding customer service. Wanda is a gem!”

“My A/C problem was fixed promptly and at a very reasonable price. I had a similar problem before so I was pretty sure what the cause was (blocked drain hose). The place where I usually take the car for service was going to run freon through the system and charge $170 just to diagnose the problem. I said no thanks and brought the car to BP. Drain cleared/problem solved for $20. Can't do better than that! Thank you mechanics at BP!”
“Well this is pretty simple I basically bring them food every Wednesday for lunch. They certainly seem to know what they're doing because they always have a ton of vehicles that they're working on. So I would imagine if you need some kind of fleet maintenance, these would be the guys you'd want to go and see.”
“This place is great! Not too bad on price, I went through and still had some stuff on my hood that didn't come out the first time which really surprised me because it's never happened before here. I actually mentioned it to him and he said they could run me through again. This time he scrubbed it really well! This place has always cleaned my car really well. No complaints at all! “I want to give a Big Shout Out to BJ Collision Center of Londonderry. The customer service was outstanding, my mirror got ripped off and it inhibited me to drive my Ford Bronco. BJ miraculously handle the issue quickly and promptly. With a new side view mirror, I was able to drive my Bronco the very next day! Then there was another incident three weeks later. (I loved, Jeff's comment at Londonderry Ford, we need to bubble wrap the Bronce. Jeff, I couldn't have agreed with you more!) The Bronco was hit while parked outside a cafe. But, this time it needed body work, and paint repairs. Again, my experience exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the quality of work I received from the Londonderry collision center. They went above and beyond to get it right! And, as long as, I am the owner of the Bronco, their workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the car! I would definitely recommend BJ collision center to my family and friends! Your positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for your customers is greatly appreciated. Thanks BJ”
