“After my 18 year old daughter waited for 3 hours for AAA to finally decide they couldn’t come until the morning I called Matthew at premier towing at 1 AM. He was there in 20 minutes!!! Wasn’t an easy tow as it’s awd and wouldn’t go into neutral. Not a problem. We were home by 2:30! Cancelling AAA no need to have it any longer. “Kevin and the team at costal truck and autobody recently completed 2 sizeable projects and complete paint jobs on 2 of our front line peterbilt 389s. The process was simple from the beginning with Kevin setting up the tow and coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling. They were great to communicate with and always easy to get ahold of for updates and questions. We had a few minor hiccups with the first truck which Kevin literally went above and beyond to correct. I can't remember the last time I experienced someone taking such pride and satisfaction in making sure a customer was completely satisfied with the finished project it was very refreshing!! We just had a second truck get a roof panel replacement, accessories added and a complete 2 tone paint job and get compliments daily. “We recently had our 4-Runner serviced here and were very happy with the level of expertise as well as the customer service we were provided. My car was pulling to the right after a dealer fixed our breaks. Not wanting to drive far to find out why, I pulled in after passing them for years. (I thought they were more of a crash fix situation....) I was pleasantly surprised by the level of detail I was given regarding our car's "diagnosis". We received options on our immediate replacement needs around the caliper, as well as what we could wait on with estimations on how long we could wait and what other repairs would be needed in the long term if they were not addressed.
