“Great service. Took them up on their offer of a discounted brake caliper lubrication and tire rotation. I have a Tesla Model S and it needs brake caliper lubrication annually to forestall a situation where the brake calipers seize up. Apparently, as Johnny Vieira explained, electric cars with regen go lightly on the brakes compared to an ICE car. As a result the maintenance interval for ICE brakes is much shorter than for EV brakes. As a result ICE calipers get more regular maintenance. So with EV calipers you need to lubricate the calipers even though the brake pads don't need replacing. They also spotted the worn out front sway bar links and offered to replace them. I agreed and am very happy with the way the car handles now that the rattle from the front end is gone. I didn't realize how much of a difference new sway bar links improved the driving experience over worn out ones!”

“Treated more than fairly, Dan reached out to me to inform me of how wonderful the wiring of my 14 year old volvo was. Pat explained exactly what was required to fix it, and warned me of the possible problems that might be encountered.My take away is that there were no surprises, they are a family shop and I believe Dan is Pats son.Forthright and fair.I never leave reviews, but was looking for their phone number and saw the prior review, and would not let that review dictate having service done. 100 per hour is more than fair considering the increasing costs of things.”

“I've been using watts for quite a while & was reminded why I will not go anyplace else. Needed complete rear brakes badly. Watts was busy so I tried another local place... not sure if most mechanics don't think women can look up parts cost , well I did. Estimate was "over 1200$" which I knew was more than double of what it should've cost! Well worth the wait as Robert Watts charged me $ 580! He knew I'm disabled veteran & widow so when I needed 4 new tires & wanted custom black rims I went to Watts. I will never go any place else. Good guys. Always fair .Services: Tires”
