“The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! I’ll be back soon. ?”
“This store single handedly fuels my figure collecting hobby. It’s always a pleasure to shop here, and the owner is always fun to talk to. A very welcoming environment for any and all anime fans! Everything is also very well priced! By far the best prices I’ve seen anime figures go for. My favorite store ever, could not recommend enough!”
“We were pleasantly greeted at the door by Zachary. We knew exactly what we wanted we walked in. After a brief description were trying on shoes. We left our selections at the register and perused the various % off sales. Couple of the items were not avaliable in our sizes but Zachary took note of the items and sizes were needed . With a few phone calls our items were ordered from a different location and in fact just recieved an email that they will be on our door step via Fed Ex in the morning. I usually do a lot of online shopping like most people but this was by far the most pleasant shopping trip in a while. You have have a solid team and they should be applauded for their customer service skills.”
“I like old navy they have some cute clothes at reasonable prices and it's a good place for back to school shopping for the kids. They have a good selection of sizes to they realize not everyone is a size 5 which is good for us curvy girls.”

“This factory outlet is fairly large. They had a lot of stock when I was there. The service was really good, the workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also match the price that was listed online at their website, since the price at the store was a little more expensive.”
“During my visit in the states I found this logo many times in ppl clothing and I was super curious about this brand , wifey surprised me with this beautiful long t-shirt for Xmas gift and definitely they have nice stuff . She mentioned the store in Merrimack was clean and had good deals”

“The manager, Fred, provided our son with a detailed explanation of how the Prism lens works and how it would protect his eyes during baseball. He was kind, patient and well-informed. With the exact sunglasses not being in stock, he special ordered them and had them shipped to our house. He made a fan out of our son. And, he exemplified how customer service should look.”
“The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. My husband is hard to fit and they were able to find his size. The colors look fabulous on him.”

“I've loved this store since my first time visiting, when I bought a Jimmy Ear World t shirt (my very first band t) in middle school for BTS shopping. For a long time, this and Spencer's were the only two "alternative" stores for kids to easily find clothes of that style. This was pre internet shopping as it exists today. Hot Topic is still a haven for all things goth/alternative. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing, and allowed me to browse happily.”

“The sales associates at customer service and cashiers are always pleasant.However, I find it appalling that customers seem to be unable to pick up after themselves The shoe department looks like a dump.Customers, it wouldn’t kill you if you put the shoes back that you don’t want in their box and back on the shelf. Help out a bit so we can all have an enjoyable shopping experience.”

“Let’s talk inventory, yes men’s clothing : perfect selection here .I think they should fire the person in charge of Massachusetts ordering guys or who ever is responsible of the buying department for men .I had to drive to Nashua NH to find some good men’s selection.It’s not Abercrombie it’s the buyers I guess.Bring the good buyers to mass please so the inventory can be better then the actual and I don’t have to drive 45 minutes.”

“My fiance got his wedding tux from here and it couldn’t have been an easier or better experience. Ronny helped us and he was the best! He was so informative and helpful without being pushy and made the process a breeze. He listened to our vision and knew exactly which pieces to pull. He was patient when we wanted to try out a few tie options and ordered the correct size shirt when it wasn’t in store. Additionally in house tailor was able to shorten the pants within 15 minutes which was great. We are so glad we came to this location and worked with Ronny!”
“Great outlet store. Travelled from Canada. Pricing were good, considering the exchange on top. NH doesn't have clothing tax and this was of great benefit. Many name brands in clothing, shoes and jewelry. Clean change rooms. Bathrooms onsite and clean.”
