“I've loved this store since my first time visiting, when I bought a Jimmy Ear World t shirt (my very first band t) in middle school for BTS shopping. For a long time, this and Spencer's were the only two "alternative" stores for kids to easily find clothes of that style. This was pre internet shopping as it exists today. Hot Topic is still a haven for all things goth/alternative. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing, and allowed me to browse happily.”

“We went in today just to take a look around and found that they actually had the pair of Vans my son had been wanting for his birthday. The associate, Cindy, was incredibly helpful. We got some socks that worked better with the shoe he was trying on, and she helped us find the right size for him, bringing out three different sizes just for him to try and explaining the best way to put them on (he's not used to slip-on). I will absolutely be back for my next pair of sneakers.”

“It opened at 10 and the first dress I found I ended up buying. I did try on 10 dresses a size 14. The selection was fantastic! I needed it for my son's wedding and could not believe the selection in a multitude of colors. I would suggest any size try here for a dress first”

“Clean and spacious store with a large variety of clothes and fragrances. Went in specifically to buy some perfumes and was pleasantly surprised to find them on sale. Other customers were rude and quite obnoxious but the cashier's were friendly, helpful and efficient. My only complaint would be how tight the walking-around-room is, walkways are tiny to begin with so the busy store was difficult to walk through. And that for the entire store, there was only two registers open so waiting to check out took a while, especially when other customers were making returns. I would return and recommend (especially the fragrances!).”

These two girls greeted me at the front door, grabbed me a few shoes to try on, made small talk about biker shorts and all while maintaining social distance and helping/greeting other customers! “Let’s talk inventory, yes men’s clothing : perfect selection here .I think they should fire the person in charge of Massachusetts ordering guys or who ever is responsible of the buying department for men .I had to drive to Nashua NH to find some good men’s selection.It’s not Abercrombie it’s the buyers I guess.Bring the good buyers to mass please so the inventory can be better then the actual and I don’t have to drive 45 minutes.”

“Nothing wrong with the store or employees. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. BUT......I really wish they sold more Jordans. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”
