“This store single handedly fuels my figure collecting hobby. It’s always a pleasure to shop here, and the owner is always fun to talk to. A very welcoming environment for any and all anime fans! Everything is also very well priced! By far the best prices I’ve seen anime figures go for. My favorite store ever, could not recommend enough!”
“The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! “Thought the store was kinda unorganized or messy hard to find stuff the clearance section is overwhelming to go through. The manager, Jeff, is super nice and helpful. Sometimes I go here, and the line is super long, and cashires are not quick, and other times, it goes by fast. Didn't have much for flip-flop selection, and I had to order my son's clothing online, so I picked out what I wanted for him.and they ordered it in another size was helpful. Cashier was efficient this day and knowledgeable in what he was doing, I love the baby clothing and toddlers bjt now that my daughter is 8 there seems to be not much to choose from for her which is disappointing to me it's a hit or miss for me when I go here. I haven't found anything for myself to wear here. The clothing is too weird for me and shaped weirdly. So, I never have any luck getting clothing here in years for myself .”

“The manager, Fred, provided our son with a detailed explanation of how the Prism lens works and how it would protect his eyes during baseball. He was kind, patient and well-informed. With the exact sunglasses not being in stock, he special ordered them and had them shipped to our house. He made a fan out of our son. And, he exemplified how customer service should look.”

When we called this store, Courtney was so pleasant to my mom and looked for the specific dress my mom was looking for, and found it! I'm going to sound like my grandfather here, but I remember when shoe sales folks used to measure your feet before selling you anything. Not anymore. Probably because of COVID. Sad times we live in.”

“I just want to thank the GM that was here today, Monday 2/19/24. I placed an online order, showed up at the store before it was even ready because I realized I bought the wrong size. Both the cashier & the GM were great. I'm sorry I didn't get their names. I bothered them when I didn't have to & they were so unbothered by it even though the store was wicked busy. What I should've done was just waited for the online order to cancel itself but thought I had to do an exchange. Both were super friendly, helpful and gracious. Thank you ladies!”
“I've loved this store since my first time visiting, when I bought a Jimmy Ear World t shirt (my very first band t) in middle school for BTS shopping. For a long time, this and Spencer's were the only two "alternative" stores for kids to easily find clothes of that style. This was pre internet shopping as it exists today. Hot Topic is still a haven for all things goth/alternative. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing, and allowed me to browse happily.”

“My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”

“My fiance got his wedding tux from here and it couldn’t have been an easier or better experience. Ronny helped us and he was the best! He was so informative and helpful without being pushy and made the process a breeze. He listened to our vision and knew exactly which pieces to pull. He was patient when we wanted to try out a few tie options and ordered the correct size shirt when it wasn’t in store. Additionally in house tailor was able to shorten the pants within 15 minutes which was great. We are so glad we came to this location and worked with Ronny!”
