“This is by far, THE BEST apartment complex I’ve lived in. They take complaints seriously and follow up with you instead of giving you attitudes. The maintenance guys are GREAT and FAST! They do everything by the book (which is why you see some bad reviews because people don’t wanna follow rules), but it keeps everything in place. As long as you clean the apartment properly, YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK unlike most of the places I’ve lived in before. Keep up the good work!”
“My husband and I moved in March from out of state. First, I want to thank Kristen from the office. She really helped us a lot on answering all of our question and walking us through the apartment virtually. The staff at the Boulder Park Apartments have been very lovely to speak to in regards to general matters. Second, round of an applause to the maintenance crew. We have had a few hiccups with some appliances but they really help handle everything in a timely manner. Very happy with their sense of urgency. Boulder Park/ Princeton Property really try to keep the areas well maintained. We are happy we choose this neighborhood as our new residence.

“I lived here for one and half years and the office staff, cleaning ladies and maintenance men were always helpful, polite and hard working. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I was happy, safe and very pleased with The Residences. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!”
“Great place to live. Apartments are modern, leasing office is very helpful, pool is great, gym is great, close to the mall, other tax free shopping. Overall property is great for walking to get exercise, especially by the pond. Only real con are the dumpsters, people who don’t live on the property come in the middle of the night to dump. They get emptied twice a week. Make sure to sign up for the mail lockers to make receiving packages easier.”
“It looks like my review did post properly . But, my experience at Fairway apts has been good it’s what I have expected quiet and a pleasant. You do have amenities that are available to you clubhouse , swimming pool , exercise room, friendly folks and so much more. Thank you for the free movie theater!”
