I'm from Massachusetts so this shop is a bit of a drive, but I won't take my car anywhere else.
It's nice to have my car worked on at a shop where I know I trust everyone involved. The owner is a big, friendly personality, and clearly enjoys having rapport and building relationships with all his local customers.

Fantastic experience, from the original booking (which they were able to get me in right away), to the communication (you can monitor live updates on the status of your vehicle), to the quality of service, every single detail was top on the line! We just moved to the area and without a doubt have found our go-to local mechanic!
