“We bought a house in Town about 4 years ago. I am normally a customer at another Large Grocery Chain. I started to pop into Hannaford in Townsend only for convenience a couple years ago. I am able to find really everything we need and the prices are comparable in most items. The customer service in this location is amazing, the staff is always helpful and they know where everything is if you ask or they find out. Recently I had a need for assistance, due to an injury and I am to proud to ask for help. Christina ( manager I think is her name) saw me struggling with an overloaded cart, opened a lane for me and had her team unload my groceries on to the belt and they actually brought it all to my car and put it in. I could not believe the humanity and dedication the employed on this day. I want to thank them! I learned it is ok to accept help and they were happy to provide it!”

“CVS has been my go-to for ages. I've actually planned moves based on how far the place is going to be from a CVS. I am reviewing this store to provide you an update on the Covid tests offered. I had one in Texas some time ago, and I am pleased to report it is just as quick and efficient at this location as it was there. Covid tests are done through the drive-thru by appointment only. I got there a little early and there was only 1 other car ahead of me and they were done quickly. They double check your info then provide you with the gear. It's very easy. You swab up each nostril then stick it in a tube, seal it up, place it in a box. I noticed 2 things that were different here than in Texas: 1) In Texas I was told to stick the tip up 1 inch. Here in NH, she said "go in halfway". I asked her to clarify and she just repeated that. I have no idea what halfway is. I stuck it in real far just to be safe.2) In Texas the tubes they use have liquid in them and a scrubber on the bottom; you stick the tip in and scrub it around then discard the tip and close up the tube. Here, you just stick the tip in a tube, snap it off, then seal it up. If you're reading this in 2020 or early 2021, expect results online in about a week. Check your email, and especially your junk email folder.”

“Best walgreens imo. They go above and beyond for you and tell you the truth when prescriptions are ready or when they can be ready. My only complaint is if a prescription is early then you have to call in and ask to have it filled but they are always saying hi with a smile even if they have a bad day which always makes my day that even when things are rough you can keep smiling! Also shoutout to josh he's definitely worth keeping around makes walgreens awesome!!”

The staff has always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and gone the extra mile to phone my doctor to re-up prescriptions if mine are out of date or in disorder which they often are. They are sensible and reasonable; I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I've never had a bad experience, and I consider myself something of a complicated/problem customer.”
