First I lost email then after 2 more weeks the internet is gone. Has been 3 days - no tv, no internet and above all … NO help. Useless company. And, I thought Comcast was bad. Switching back asap. Hopefully, issues we had with them years ago (broken line on nearby street, old system) has been repaired.

Worst internet ever, every week or so for 30 minutes the internet goes out. No one picks up the phone.

Impossible to shut off service. They won't accept shutoff orders except by phone. No one ever answers until you get lucky. Pretended they didn't know me. Finally agreed to shut off and send final bill. No instructions on what to do with equipment. Haven't heard a word in over two weeks.

I had mixed results with Consolidated fiber. They did deliver the 1Gbps fiber speed they advertised. For the first year it was at an introductory rate of $75 and as expected went up to $95 after a year. Another year and they raised it 58% to $150, without warning or justification. So I switched back to Xfinity. I get nearly the same speed (900Mbps) for half the price. I note there is one perfect review, it happens to have the same family name as appears on what Google says is the Consolidated office in Newmarket. I expect that's coincidence. LOL!

Their internet service was so slow and down so often I paid for the early termination. They have terrible customer service. They block ports so video cameras can't be viewed remotely. Not that it matters because it was so painfully slow anyway. DSL at one location and fiber at the other. Comcast has better customer service in my opinion and we all know bad they are. Just don't believe them when they promise you the world. I'm happy now that I've left them.

No service for over two weeks and counting, and no response or really any clue from help center. We depend on this for work and school. Company seems completely unable and unwilling to help restore our internet connection. State government is also to blame. This is a vital utility and action should be taken if it isn't being supported.

Made me wait over a week to connect services just to not show up! Glad I’m going with xfinity, they have faster internet and better quality! Consolidated is worst internet And service experience I’ve ever dealt with! Go with another company do not use them!!!!

Absolutely awful company. Our wifi has never been very good, so a month ago we decided to upgrade. Instead of an upgrade, we had no wifi for 5 days. FIVE. I couldn't do school, I missed a week of school because of them. Finally we got wifi back, and it was worse than before. We have talked to about 9 Consolidated Communication employees over the past month and had to do a bunch of tests to measure our wifi speed. We even had someone come to our house. Then, we come to find out today, this problem was happening to the rest of our town for the past month and no one ever told us that!!!!! I hate this company so much and we are switching to Comcast. Please do not us Consolidated Communications

As usual, these companies look for every possible way to deceptively bill you. Go through the entire sign up process, get quoted $65 per month, and then get charged $75 because it's not setup for autobill yet - even though I'm paying first month in full in advance. I'm so tired of companies like this. Absolutely ridiculous. Congratulations, you stuck me for an extra $10 and instead of having a happy customer you have one that will tell anyone who asks that you suck.
