First I lost email then after 2 more weeks the internet is gone. Has been 3 days - no tv, no internet and above all … NO help. Useless company. And, I thought Comcast was bad. Switching back asap. Hopefully, issues we had with them years ago (broken line on nearby street, old system) has been repaired.

Worst internet ever, every week or so for 30 minutes the internet goes out. No one picks up the phone.

Impossible to shut off service. They won't accept shutoff orders except by phone. No one ever answers until you get lucky. Pretended they didn't know me. Finally agreed to shut off and send final bill. No instructions on what to do with equipment. Haven't heard a word in over two weeks.
