“I come to salem nh store to print 24x36 blueprint drawings many times over last 9 months. Everytime i was in and email my files and they always get it done quickly. One time i tried a different staples store and they wanted nothing to do with printing right then. Today i had to wait a little due to busy print shop and i was apologized to for the delay. Ive had so many good experiences i didnt care. Was helped out and treated exactly how youd expect when someone is busy, very courteously. Good crew.”
“I called the copycenter asking g for info as I had a 2'x3' poster I wanted printed for my mom's 100th bday party. Ollie (the print center mgr) answered the phone. He answered all my questions s and was very professional and personable. I told him the deadline I was under, etc. And he informed me as to what I needed to do for them to get the job done.When I got to the store a couple of days later, he remembered my story. He checked the .pdf file I gave him on a thumb drive and answered all my questions. He told me he'd have it ready by the next day.Low & behold, a few hours later, I got a call that my poster was ready. I rushed to the store to pick it up and was dumbfounded how beautiful it was. The quality was amazing. I was so happy with the resul that I started crying.Great service and great results!”
“I prefer to do my printing in store but I only had the option to make the Thank You cards I wanted online. I ordered them and when they came in, I opened the card and it said “YOUR MESSAGE HERE” in big black letters on every card! I was a bit irritated to say the least. I went to the store to see if there was anything I could do. Melissa was GREAT! She got right on the phone with customer service and was able to get me a refund. She then came up with a great idea for my cards as a way to still use them, so I took her advice and was able to use the ones I had ordered. Grateful for Melissa taking the time to help me.”

“I had to go to this UPS store location to have fingerprinting done for a job and I just have to shout out the woman who helped me through the process. They are able to take digital fingerprint scans on site, which is very convenient, however, the machine was definitely a little tricky and didn’t necessarily love my overly dry healthcare worker hands. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who was helping me today. Was super patient and so nice despite having to spend extra time with me on a seemingly easy task. It had gotten busy in the store through this process and she handled everything so gracefully just wanted to leave a bit of appreciation for the store, and this particular employee as she made my experience a positive one!”

The line was a little long but they got through it quick.I will say that the woman (I assume a manager) who came from the back and told the employees the employees to not wait until they were out of change to ask for more, could of used a little more class and less attitude. Those folks were working hard and provided top notch customer service.”

Additionally, I do a fair amount of Amazon returns, so I feel like I'm here quite a bit. Everyone is always great and they check multiple shipping methods to get my packages there for the best price.”
“Very convenient FedEx facility, you can prep everything shipping related here - starting from printing things/ buying supplies etc. Very good customer service as well! Was taken great care of while shipping my items. The fact that it has long operating hours even during the weekend was great given that I really don't get much time during the week.Plus, bonus points for having necessary items like small snacks/water etc.”

The managers Muzzy and Geo were super helpful with any shipping needs . The store staff are always friendly and on top of things and I highly recommend this location!”
