“I had to go to this UPS store location to have fingerprinting done for a job and I just have to shout out the woman who helped me through the process. They are able to take digital fingerprint scans on site, which is very convenient, however, the machine was definitely a little tricky and didn’t necessarily love my overly dry healthcare worker hands. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who was helping me today. Was super patient and so nice despite having to spend extra time with me on a seemingly easy task. It had gotten busy in the store through this process and she handled everything so gracefully just wanted to leave a bit of appreciation for the store, and this particular employee as she made my experience a positive one!”
“I went in today and the employees were hustling! The line was a little long but they got through it quick.I will say that the woman (I assume a manager) who came from the back and told the employees the employees to not wait until they were out of change to ask for more, could of used a little more class and less attitude. Those folks were working hard and provided top notch customer service.”

“Amazing service and team at this location! I have been coming to the Derry store for some time to utilize their shipping services, amazon returns and any mailing needs that does not require the post office. The managers Muzzy and Geo were super helpful with any shipping needs . The store staff are always friendly and on top of things and I highly recommend this location!”
