“My MIL brought a refrigerator from Lowe’s store # 2382 after her fridge broke a few days before New Years. Manager Patrick swooped in to correct a mishap made by the delivery dept. and her fridge was delivered the next day instead of the 1 week delay she was informed of at the last minute. Patrick is our super hero!!!!”
