“Bensons helped to make my wedding day such a special event! We purchased around 25+ mums for our wedding ceremony site and for our centerpieces. It was absolutely beautiful and even our venue (Flag Hill Winery) was shocked at how beautiful they looked when they arrived! It was magical to see how in bloom they were and how well taken care of they were, especially for the very end of October. A huge thank you to Emily and the owners for ensuring that my vision for a very “fall” wedding came true!”

“Stopped in to get a small screw and washer for my son’s lacrosse helmet/throat guard. The two gentleman that helped me were fantastic! I didn’t really know what I needed. They took right over -got the right screw and fixed the helmet for me. So friendly and helpful!! You don’t get this kind of service in the big box stores. So important to support small businesses!!!”
“Have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced by them a few times and no complaints. Great prices for drop off and pick up. Snowblower died had them pick it up turned out the gear box let go decided to buy a new Husqvarna gave me a great deal. They will be my go to place from now on.”

“My father-in-law and I took a cutting board class with Moira. We asked lots of questions and she had lots of great answers. We enjoyed using and learning about all the tools. We both walked out of there with an awesome cutting board but the experience was the real prize. We even met a nice couple that frequents the store often and does their own custom woodwork...felt like we were part of the woodworking community. Highly recommend”

“My MIL brought a refrigerator from Lowe’s store # 2382 after her fridge broke a few days before New Years. Manager Patrick swooped in to correct a mishap made by the delivery dept. and her fridge was delivered the next day instead of the 1 week delay she was informed of at the last minute. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.”

“These days one typically does online research to determine which product to buy and then looks for the exact aisle and bay location to efficiently go into a store to pick it up. This is exactly what I had done. I was specifically looking at wi-fi battery operated camera doorbells. The staff member responsible for the aisle where I went to retrieve my product last week, engaged in a conversation with me and was clearly knowledgeable about these products. Needless to say his knowledge and experience with the products saved me about $90 when I walked out with a different brand than I thought I needed. I've been using this product now for almost a week and I am so pleased with the value I am getting. Thanks guy in aisle 10 at Lowe's in Salem!”
