I hit a deer and smashed my headlight casing in, not cheap on a 2019 Chevy Trax. I told him I my financial situation and that as a single mum I couldn’t leave my car overnight. Eric was able to find the headlight, install it and get my car back to me in just a couple hours and at a price I could afford. “After being left on the side of the road by Progressive Roadside Assistance (they cancelled my tow after a 3 hour wait - it was requested at 8:30 pm - and informed me they had to reschedule it for 9 am the next morning) I was referred to Matt Brown towing by the Bow Police. Jimbo arrived shortly after my call and towed my vehicle to the tire shop. He was kind and friendly and eased my anxiety after being left out in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours with my two teenage daughters by my insurance company that I pay for this service for.
