Brought it to Travis at NCA because he was very responsive and thorough in explaining things to me when i called him.Repairs took about a month longer than it should have / was originally estimated due to a bunch of things going wrong. “Eric was the mechanic I dealt with, and he was polite and honest. Most places see a woman coming and hear CHA-CHING! ? Not at Stash’s. I hit a deer and smashed my headlight casing in, not cheap on a 2019 Chevy Trax. I told him I my financial situation and that as a single mum I couldn’t leave my car overnight. Eric was able to find the headlight, install it and get my car back to me in just a couple hours and at a price I could afford. “Although part of a national franchise that has a highly automated online platform (which despite its perky video and other attempts is kind of impersonal ) the people who work in this location manage to provide personal service in a warm and professional way. It’s pretty amazing that they can replace a whole windshield in a couple of hours and do it with such skill. This is the place to go for this important kind of repair.
