Today was Black Friday so the actual service which was merely an oil change took longer than it should have, but I am cutting some slack for post holiday understaffing.It's almost as if Ira Lexus has some kind of bipolar disorder where the service team is Dr. Jekyll and the sales side is Mr. Hyde.(And the Yelp Customer Service business owner replies are a total scam, with yours truly having emailed this character as per their request with no response.)”
