It's almost perfect. I'm just hoping to have an aircon in our room. Although electric fan is available but still hot. It's not worth it for my monthly maintenance fee.

Very very nice. Great location, plenty of parking, a big pool and a clubhouse. No A/C, so it gets a bit hot here and there, when it's 85-90 F oitside! But they provide big fans for the rooms.
