“We love this place. Saved us during COVID. And usually has the basics that I forgot somehow at grocery store. I love how different cultures are represented in the inventory. The only issue that I have is that although I really like the incense that is burnt in the store, it does flavor the bread with the incense scent. My boys get a bit upset. I can ignore it or appreciate it but the kids are not mature enough to look past it.”

“Inside still looks like Scolari's but adjusted to Raleys products and systems (and prices). And yet they still have some non-traditional and unusual items like a boutique style store. I like the opportunity to try different foods and stuff. And the service is an upgrade from other Raleys stores.”

“Thank you, Smiths! I love your grocery pickup. I would say 90% of the time it has been a good experience. There have been 2 times I had items missing and customer service refunded it immediately. There's only been one occasion where my order was missing half the items & it was remedied quickly! I love that I can do a same day grocery pickup. Now if only you carried my dog food- I could go to only this store! I love the fuel points especially in this economy & all the digital coupons. You are my go to store! Thank you so much for that grocery pickup- as a mom of 3 it is is a LIFE SAVER!”

The aisles were all very well organized, and the employees were all nice.The food I went in to grab was made quickly, packaged for me quickly, and a cheap price too!Definitely a nicer looking Smith's than the one back in Sparks, give this Smith's a try, it's a good one!”

“I've never not ordered a lot of food coming here + a pina juice. The price is right here. For less than $10, you can have a GINORMOUS burrito to either share or eat later. Their quesadillas are loaded with cheese, meats, and veggies if you want. I once lied to myself when I told my brother I didn't want anything from here while he was grabbing lunch.. next thing you know, I was eating half of my brother's steak quesadilla. Also, I orders nearly 30 tacos and my order took less than 30 minutes. This was impressive because I was not the only person in line and/or who just ordered food. Quick and flavorful. It's nice when restaurants make it easy.”

“As gas stations go, it's pretty alright. Staff is always paramount in any experience and they've always been top notch, courteous, and polite. Yeah, it's a fuel depot, and mini mart of sorts, so much of what they have are stock items and to be expected, so you'll not necessarily find any surprises. They do sport the mini serving station of snack foods, a self serve soda fountain of course, candy, chips, gums, and a light supplement of automotives. Finally, there is also the touch less car wash, a genuine requirement living in our parts and a real convenience, my only complaint being is they don't offer any kind of discount on the wash with a fill up of the fuel tank. A quick note, should your vehicle be really dirty, as good as it is, the jets are not going to blow all that grime from your vehicles exterior, you'll needs a real wash, but it's great if you stay on top of it. Overall, conveniently located to North Valley's on Lemmon Drive, with pleasant folks, and clean, I'll call this a win!”

“The store is clean, the check out team is friendly but only when you personally start the hello, how are you doing today. Sometimes met with a glare… but they love to shoutout directions to their colleagues across the check stands. The lady in charge of the slot machine area was very pleasant. Prices are great and they have a good selection of most products.”

Caleb when above & beyond to make the balloon arrangements look beautiful with color coordinating ribbons and extra frill to make them special. It’s so awesome when you meet people that take pride in their work and have a positive attitude & smile.”

“I've been shopping at this store since it opened. I recently found out that the employees who bust their butts everyday and have been good employees there for decades top out at 19 hour. They should be making more money. Darrel, Wendy, Tonya, Dan for example are ALWAYS amazing and have been there a long time. They are store staples and I look forward to seeing them. Smiths management please please pay your employees better. It will trickle down into your bottom line because happy employees equal happy customers which means more business for you”

Atmosphere - Huge Safeway with a gas station, see pictures. Amazon lockers right outside Safeway, easy access. Department available - Deli, fresh produce, meat & seafood, pharmacy, Starbucks, bakery, and of course groceries, etc. Store is open 24 hours, see picture for Pharmacy hours. Gas station hours - 5am to 11pm. Free wifi, I did not use it. Plenty of parking. Service - Self service, so good. Price - $3.97! Inexpensive for 8 lbs of oranges! Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1915 with your 904 locations in 17 states. 2015 - Albertsons purchased Safeway.”
