“The person who helped me was very knowledgeable. She got me into a great set of all season tires. The techs did a great job mounting and balancing the tires. The tech that did the alignment seemed to get all four tires aligned but the steering wheel is slightly off center. Now I'll have to go back in to get that corrected.”
“Went to Big O Tires to get an oil change and also see about getting my gear shift fixed. Couldn’t get it out of park and had to override the system (screwdriver) to get it out of park.
Ivan took really good care of me. He listened to my concerns and said they could fix it. The problem turned out to be just a fuse. To my relief and not major expense.
