“Another mechanic told me I needed at least $4,000 in repairs to simply be able to align my car. Doran took a look at my car and fixed a simple issue in about twenty minutes, saving me thousands of dollars. Furthermore, he happened to have tires on hand to replace my current expired ones, which revealed that my old ones were filled with water. Without his and his sons work, my car would still rattle on the highway and be difficult to control. Overall, paid only $400 for the tire replacement. I would have had to pay over 10x that if I didn't bring my car to Doran's just to have some repairs done and do an alignment, and even then the problem may not have been fixed due to the water in the tires.”

“Check engine light came on and needed a couple of other items to be checked. Rich told me what he thought the check engine light was for and sure enough, he was right! The machine he used to check it said exactly what he diagnosed. He really knows his stuff! Assured me that my battery/alternator was fine and that I still had about 40% left on my brakes. Didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and didn’t even charge me for inspecting my vehicle. Nice to find a trustworthy mechanic! Thanks Rich!”

“The team at Pro1 has pulled us out of a bad spot again! Our truck has fully broken down twice, both times towing our trailer. The previous owner added a lot of towing bells and whistles, and unfortunately they caused more harm than good. Pro1 diagnosed that as the issue and removed some portions, eliminating the problem. Most recently we lost a belt. We lost power steering and brakes coming into town in the evening. Our first thought was to get it to Pro1. We somehow managed to get it to their shop (miraculously!). We were fortunate for the timing and that they are right of the freeway. They had it fixed the next day!”

“We had tried going online and having "diesel techs" come to our house and help our truck which was dead for a good 5 months. They ended up taking our engine apart and leaving it, stealing tools and never coming back. We had it towed to North Valley Auto. This was the closest place we could tow it. They did an outstanding job with our truck putting it all back together and fixing what needed to be fixed. They know our 2002 7.3 diesel well. I didn't have to take it to a more expensive and longer wait diesel place. Thank God for that. A year later when more things started going wrong, they got us in and got it done..A+ work and attitude..AND took the time to show me things about my truck. THANK YOU for NOT making me feel like an idiot and for being true professionals. That is just as important as the work done in my opinion!”
