“Well, this is now the branch I need to go to as they closed the Robb Drive Branch. It's a much further drive from my home, but it is what it is. I went in this morning to take care of some banking business and, I have to say, it was a great experience. I worked with Alondra, and she was very professional and friendly. “I have been a client of this bank since 2008. I have both personal and business accounts with them. They are truly great to work with and I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole staff at all of their locations but the Sparks Industrial branch staff is just amazing. First they always greet you with a smile and they know your name ( I never have had that happen to me at the bigger banks that I was a a client of) They are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to help no matter what to resolve any issue and they are super quick to jump in and offer assistance.I would highly recommend them and have done so many times. If you want to feel like your business matters and you are just not a number you should check them out. 5 starts all the way”

We do most of our banking on line but it’s nice to know if a problem does arise we can just call and talk directly to the wonderful employees.”

“Great Basin is a great place to bank and offers most of the same services & benefits of most banks with friendly personal service! Everyone should pull their accounts out of the big banks and move to credit unions. Credit unions offer the same deposit protection and tend to invest more into the local economy than big banks, which tend to invest in big corporations including big oil. It may be a hassle but it's well worth your time!”
“Find a different place for you vehicle loans. My vehicle was totaled, insurance notified them of this and was informed that a payment was forthcoming. The payment from insurance was sent 1-2 weeks after my payment was due, note I never missed or was late on a single payment while I banked here, yet they still submitted a late payment to credit bureaus and my score subsequently went down 80 points. First time in my life I've had a "late" car payment. When I called them to try and work through this, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Spend your money elsewhere with a financial institution that cares about their clients, this place doesn't.EDIT: Thank you very much for taking care of this, it is greatly appreciated. I have changed my review to reflect the prompt customer service and issue being resolved”

At the busiest time on one of the busiest days she helped me, explained to me, remembered me hours later and took care of me in the most compassionate, professional and efficient manner. Kathy is such an asset to us bank and it makes me very happy that I returned to banking with them after a short break. Big banks are a bit nerve wrecking these days but I feel very confident in the company as a whole, understand their security protocols and why they're in place and again Kathy... “I needed to make a payment before the new 5pm closing time for all Reno Sparks branches on my credit card. I was close to the Rancharrah location. It has plenty of free parking and it's easy to get to. The place is spacious and super clean inside. The teller handled my payment quickly and courteously.It had one other person leaving as I was coming in close to 5 pm on a Monday.”

“This is going to be a short review. Friendly branch. Needed a notary, made an appointment. Agent a few minutes late, but nothing significant. Got the job done, and all was well. Out of there in less than half an hour. These days, you need to remember to call to make an appointment for almost anything. Last year I walked into a BOA branch in AZ to create a Estate account for my deceased brother --- sorry, you need an appointment. Got one for about an hour later .. went to lunch and came back. So if you're not going directly to a teller for cash/deposit/safe deposit transactions ... Make An Appointment!!! Saves frustration.”

“11.30.23: Wells Fargo for the win! I realized I ran out of checks when sitting down to pay some bills. I headed over to my local branch, where the teller told me about temporary checks versus the cashier's check I planned to get. To be honest I felt a bit ignorant not knowing about temporary checks. The teller was really friendly and helpful and guided me through the simple process. I was able to print out 3 temporary checks for $3 bucks. Definitely worth it for the bind that I was in!”
“I'm not happy at all with my bank branch, but the Kietzke branch and Frances really give outstanding service. I mainly bank at US Bank due to the super convenient online banking application, I couldn't get along without it. I'd like to also mention the great service from Eric Hudson in the Wealth Management Department, he has helped me out on numerous occasions.”
