“I have been going to classes here for a few weeks and oh my goodness my legs have gotten so much stronger. The first week was hellish and I thought I was going to collapse because my legs were shaking so bad. Here I am a few weeks into this new workout and I love it. It's crazy what using your body weight can do for your strength. The instructors are great. I've only been with four different instructors and they are all awesome. I definitely feel that this type of workout will keep me stronger as I am getting "wiser" in life.”

“I didn't know anything about Maurcies prior to last week, when a friend drug me into the store while she shopped for jeans. I actually wandered around, bought a blouse and walked out while my friend continued shopping..for ONE hour!! Fast forward she fell in love with some jeans that are hard to find. I am currently on a business trip in Nevada (we live in Arizona) and I called into this particular location.Hands down the absolute best customer service I have experienced in such a long time. Dallon is who assisted me over the phone. It would of been easy for him to tell me they no longer had the jeans in stock and be done but Dallon went above and beyond to find me these jeans!! Needle in a haystack type of situation but Dallon made the day by just doing what seems so natural to him, to be of help, to press pause on whatever task he was doing at the moment to actually go further for a customer.I have to say, he directed me in the right ways, he found the jeans in 2 different locations as well! Calling the other location, they too were so kind and helpful so I have to say hats off to Maurices for their customer service on all levels! Thank you Dallon for all your help and making this process as seamless as possible. Excellent job Maurices for investing in your partners who deliver exceptional customer service even when they are not face to face with the customer!”

“I wish I would have got the woman’s name but she was an angel. She’s a blond lady that is so nice and also has a teenage daughter. We were shopping for an outfit for my daughter to wear to my graduation ceremony. We were having a hard time and had been to so many stores and she tried on so many outfits with no luck. The angel greeted us from the get go like many other places do but unlike so many places she found out what our needs and worked hard to find us the perfect outfit for my daughter. “I'm going to pick up my boots in the am boy ol boy when I tell you that they don't have these in the stores you have to order them I mean it.. with that said ima have the best boot on this side of the Mississippi ?? long story short. I had went to Virginia city and they had a store with all the cowboy and cowgirl wear you can ask for and it was these one boots that caught my eyes but they were a size 9 I wear 9 1/2 and a 10 but I tried them on thinking I can pull it off and no sir I couldn't my foot went in but it also felt like I put them in puddle of hot lava that's how bad they hurt.. and you wouldn't believe this it was the only pair of it's kind.. and I made it my duty to find them and I did on the boot barn website a year in 3 months later... and I'm stoked to pick them up I can't wait .. but the problem I had was the 10-D and the 10-EE so I went with the EE because I believe my foot is wide but not sure with boots size but even then ima still put them to work even if I messed up with EE, still an size 10 right ? Might grab me a hat while I'm there ..”

“I feel terrible because I don't remember her name but the manager/supervisor with short dark hair is an absolute angel. I was there on a busy Saturday wandering around. I'm sure it was obvious I was uncomfortable & overwhelmed. She asked if I needed help & at first I said I was fine because I didn't expect her to care. But I changed my mind & asked for help. She spoke to me like she knew me for years. She was so kind & helpful I couldn't believe it. I know the bar is low but I truly appreciate her taking those 5-10 minutes to help me. Most point in a direction & say "over there" but she actually walked me all around suggesting different things. & she didn't rush off, she waited till I felt helped. It made a really stressful day for me a little bit better Thank you!”
