“Went on Black Friday, so things were a lil hectic. The manager on shift helped me while I was standing in line. It was dark so I didn't bother to open the box with my sunglasses til the next morning when leaving the house. I noticed a good scratch on both of the lenses on the inside. An apparent factory defect in production.Went back in that morning, and manager on shift instantly helped me out. He was extremely understanding, and not the experience he wanted me to have for my first ever pair of Oakley's. He swapped me out with new upgraded polarized lenses completely free of charge. Only took a couple minutes of my time.These guys will take care of you, and make sure you leave happy.10/10 would highly recommend!”

“In a time when customer service seems to be a distant memory, this Vans store reminds me of a time when staff were friendly, attentive and playful with a sense of humor. I was visiting my parents in Reno and my 80 year old mother loves to shop. We spent hours at the vans store leaving with 5 pairs between us. The staff, specifically Jacelin was patient and kind to my 80 year old boomer mother and even when we returned shoes the next day because they were hurting her feet the staff at the register was again kind, patient and all around good people. I come from a place and time; southern CA during the 70s, skate/surf culture and Vans has always had a special place in my heart and therefore it's even more encouraging to see a global company having come so far and still making every single customer feel important. Congratulations Vans and the Sparks Vans outlet staff. Great job.”

“I enjoyed shopping here. They have a great selection of shoes for everyone. They even have wide width but not many...wish they had more of them. The prices are pretty high, especially on simple shoes/sandals. Even with the promotions, you will spend over $100 for 2 pairs of shoes. But over all, there was plenty of different styles of shoes, for every occasion.”

“I'm going to pick up my boots in the am boy ol boy when I tell you that they don't have these in the stores you have to order them I mean it.. with that said ima have the best boot on this side of the Mississippi ?? long story short. I had went to Virginia city and they had a store with all the cowboy and cowgirl wear you can ask for and it was these one boots that caught my eyes but they were a size 9 I wear 9 1/2 and a 10 but I tried them on thinking I can pull it off and no sir I couldn't my foot went in but it also felt like I put them in puddle of hot lava that's how bad they hurt.. and you wouldn't believe this it was the only pair of it's kind.. and I made it my duty to find them and I did on the boot barn website a year in 3 months later... and I'm stoked to pick them up I can't wait .. but the problem I had was the 10-D and the 10-EE so I went with the EE because I believe my foot is wide but not sure with boots size but even then ima still put them to work even if I messed up with EE, still an size 10 right ? Might grab me a hat while I'm there ..”

“I feel terrible because I don't remember her name but the manager/supervisor with short dark hair is an absolute angel. I was there on a busy Saturday wandering around. I'm sure it was obvious I was uncomfortable & overwhelmed. She asked if I needed help & at first I said I was fine because I didn't expect her to care. But I changed my mind & asked for help. She spoke to me like she knew me for years. She was so kind & helpful I couldn't believe it. I know the bar is low but I truly appreciate her taking those 5-10 minutes to help me. Most point in a direction & say "over there" but she actually walked me all around suggesting different things. & she didn't rush off, she waited till I felt helped. It made a really stressful day for me a little bit better Thank you!”
