After checking various companies, I believe this is the real deal from prices, range of services and customer service. I spoke to Crystal when I called about information having a technician to come in and clean my ducts. She was very knowledgeable about what the process would be and what tools they would be using. She also explained about cleaning out the dryer vents when the tech was there , same day.
