When he arrived, he was very nice and was very respectful. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. On top of that, he walked me through an explanation of what was happening and even gave some additional advice around my AC unit. Highly recommend the services here. The weight is 50 pounds so it was very hard for me to lift it and then put it in my car, and one of the store's associates helped me with that. I wanted to give the employee a shout out, he is blond with black ears piercing. Thank You for the help, this little things makes a store stand out!”

They have a list of installers. The other stores contract the installation out, so I see no difference buying the carpet here and hiring an installer. Thank your Erica!”
