“My favorite Harbor freight around Reno and Sparks. They always have stock. The employees here are also top-notch. I wanted to get a big item (drill press) and an employee took the little ticket, while I continued shopping, went and checked the availability of said item, and then came and found me in the store in order to accommodate me. Usually, you have to go to a register and stand there and wait to be acknowledged, then wait for them to check on the item and then wait for it to be brought up front.”

“I absolutely Love my Grappler! I inherited it from my parents who used it for years through several joint replacements. Now it has become the absolutely most essential thing I own. It makes what would be dangerous or impossible very easy, and doubles as my cane. In 30 years of almost constant use the only thing that broke was a plastic ring and that I replaced with a heavy duty zip tie. It would be a perfect gift for anyone, especially those with balance issues or joint problems. I will be getting another one, just in case. It beats all the pickup tools that last for a couple months, I went through several before I inherited my Grappler. It is very obviously American Made, which is engraved on it along with the phone number that has not changed in all these years. Thank You for a Great product that is literally a Life Saver!”

“The place is very clean and easy to find what your looking for. The staff are polite and very helpful going so far as to offer me a wet wipe for my reading glasses to browse their catalog. I was in and out in no time with little to no pain. But thats not their fault tools can tend to be pricey. Overall id spend my money there again. So I give them 5 stars.”

“I come to this Lowe's often for different needs. It's in a very convenient location and the parking lot is very accessible even during busy seasons. Most experiences are excellent and we have zero issues. I usually wander around for the most part haha. I've purchased a washer and dryer from them on two separate occasions and both were priced well, delivery was smooth, and the items have worked well. I purchased flowers for a small garden last spring and they had such a lovely variety! I can't wait to buy more this year (I unfortunately let mine go in the middle of summer - oops)! Our only not-so great experience was last year when purchasing black-out blinds/rollers for our windows. We had issues with inconsistent measurements/cutting, but they were always quick to remedy the situation. Staff have always been kind and helpful when needed. My only complaint is the price of their Christmas decor during the holiday season - I love it all, but for the most part it seems very overpriced.”

“This review and rating is specifically for a customer service worker at Lowes, at Scheel's. Candy is her name and she is the friendliest person over the phone. I had a problem with an order and she followed through to the end to resolve this. Everybody else just tells you you'll get a call back, and then nothing. She completely took care of my issue because she gave a damn. Now Lowes does not get the same rating . I would complain here but I don't want it to reflect on Candy. She's to good to work there, seriously. And concerning Lowes itself, I think the other reviewers have already spoken. Thanks again Candy. Sincerely John X.”

“We bought wood at a different Lowe’s and we realized that we needed it stacked differently. We came to this Lowe’s and asked if they could help us with a forklift. Aaron and Diego helped us for about an hour and they were amazing and wonderful! I cannot say enough great things about them. They were very professional, courteous and very helpful.”
