She was sweet, quick, and wasn't afraid to tell me that there were orders ahead of mine and it may take longer than expected. I appreciated the transparency and I think she did an absolutely wonderful job. The second binding order I did, Hawk took. It seemed that he was running the front end all by himself which included the printing area and the register. He did an awesome job and was courteous, had a pleasant demeanor, and knew what he was doing. I think Laureen is still in charge of binding my stuff, but Hawk still had awesome customer service.
