Trevor installed my father in laws computer and really took good care of him and made sure that everything worked and was properly connected. “Went to Office Depot with the sole purpose of finding and purchasing an office chair for my home office. As I was walking in, there were signs stating office chair sale 60% off. The display upon entering had a chair set up. I sat in it and it was perfect. Found the right color and was in and out in 10 min. Put this chair together at home with easy installation and tools included. My ass will be forever grateful. If you need office products or furniture you'll OD at OD with great selection, prices and customer service.”

We walked in, quickly realized it was out of our price range, and the sales guy was kind to us and recommended we try the thrift store just a block up the street. “I love the desk I bought here. It is very well made. Super sturdy. They had a few great colors to choose from and I love the gray color I picked. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They delivery and set up was as scheduled, quick and the delivery guys were great. Also my desk was affordable. I'm very happy with the price. “1/10/2024- Popped in yesterday to see if I could find an inexpensive computer desk.. I ended up returning the standing one at the big box store.. (someone said they wanted and then changed his mind!!)... Plus my youngest paid for it, but still couldn't get a yes.. I love how convenient it is and the staff always helpful.. It's great that they also give a discount if you are a Farm Bureau member.. but only on certain items.. (which mine wasn't).. Ended up getting a nice looking desk.. To help with someone not saying no again, I did all the hard work of in packaging.. It's a pretty simple layout.. so shouldn't be hard to put together..(especially for an engineer).. lol.. Employee helped carry it out and even asked if I had to carry upstairs.. I just slid it out the back of the car..”

“I work for the government and we hired Golden Express to remove a bunch of furniture and assemble some, including a big heavy conference table. I am certain the cost was reasonable, since the government chose them over others. I am a jerk and don't remember their names but the two very nice guys arrived and quickly got to work. In fact I was kind of amazed at how quickly they took care of everything. An office neighbor wanted some of the discarded furniture, it turned out, so they were super gracious and moved it in for them- including a couch! Can't say enough good things about how smoothly this process went and how professional and efficient the guys were. Yay!”

“I work for Vasko Electric and our copier is serviced from Office 1 Reno. Our copier is vital to our company as in construction we are definitely not paperless! So when our copier had an error message I freaked out and called Office1 and they were amazing. They dispatched Karl Allen, who not only came when he said he would, he also scheduled a follow up service call. He scheduled a convenient time to update and really make our copier practically brand new. He is super professional, knowledgeable and kind. Also a big shoutout to Dawn Wulff, our Account Executive. She is the best communicator and literally gets back to you with seconds. I can't say enough great things about all the employees at Office1!Thanks for everything!”

But when I asked the friendly clerk at my local Reno Office Depot about it, she knew exactly what I was searching for and directed me to the appropriate aisle where I found the Bic Wite-Out.I appreciate the help of Office Depot staff. And this pen is just what I needed!”
