A bank that doesn't let you have cash out of your check your bringing in? It was even a bank of america check. Shady, makes no sense. She just didn't want to help.

It's really inconvenient for a bank to close at 4:00pm. That's why I give it a 1 star. Most banks close at 5:00pm.
