Not sure how Spectrum knows when the worst time to have an outage is, but they nail it every time! Very annoying to pay for internet and have it be down when you need it, and then have it happen again, and again, and again. The online chatbot is worse than useless- every time you ask a question you get the same answer.

Ethan was amazing, helped me return my equipment, was informative and answered all my questions in regards to the stream box which I ended up getting, and he got me a better priced unlimited plan. Talk about awesome customer service, more employees are needed like this. He should at minimum get a raise, if not promoted!

The technician installed my service inside my closet and told me everything would be fine through out the house. I got the 1GB internet and I could barely load google. Now they are charging my $60 to move my modem to my living room like I originally wanted.As soon as my promotional service is done they’ve lost a customer.
