“I had a very bad experience yesterday, July Sunday the 23rd 2024, I only went to return an item... and when we wanted to leave the store we asked the lady who was at the entrance... if we could go out there... to not to go and go around to the cash registers.... very reluctantly he answered...you are already here...why are you asking me??? I have never been answered this way, well, the lady probably had a bad day... but it would be better if she would monitor the customer service... Sam's is my favorite store and I don't want to be treated that way”

One problem, and to be fair it was 11 am, so maybe I was there at a bad time, but the garlic rotisserie chicken was very dry.
I recommend Sprouts for a delicious, juicy rotisserie chicken at a better price.”

“I like shopping at Raleys. They seem to understand the importance of customer service. They add checkers when the lines get long. Checkers ask if you found everything when checking out. The produce is presented clean, uniformly and good quality. There’s a good selection of organic options throughout the store. Bathroom has always been clean.”
“Easy pull up to stations as there wasn't any lines. We usually go to Costco but decided to stop in to top off on the gas. We grabbed a couple items for our mini vacation stay @GSR. No complaints”

Amy, the pharmacist was phenomenal and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our medication was delivered on time every week along with all the supplies to flush the line. “SUPER busy and difficult to navigate the parking lot which was narrower than our usual Costco at home. This particular Costco seemed a bit more run down and industrial than what we've seen at numerous stores. Bathrooms were nice and clean so that's a bonus! Food court was busy and pizza smells were wafting at shoppers as they checked out.”

“Update - I finally was called and will find resources for me to get taken care of.I initially was given a listings of caretake support and this network was listed on there so I called them up one day and had to leave a message and then one day, a HILDA called me and I said that I had a priority call I was waiting before I got into answering her questions doing an intake which I didn't think she was going to do at the moment so I asked if I can call her back as soon as I hear something before I have to use their service. I have called 2-3 times after and no response from them even recently left a message to a manager. I'm surprised with this type of business people are suppose to be there for us but don't feel that way.”

“We've been using this Walmart Pharmacy for about two years and they are seriously the best. Prescriptions are ready for pickup fast, often by the time I check out from the dr appt. The staff is super nice and friendly and always willing to help. They are also not understaffed like many other pharmacies. I called today to follow up on one and they don't have it in stock so they called different pharmacies in the area (non-Walmart) to find it for me. They called right back and had our prescriptions sent over already to another pharmacy. After years and years of CVS and other companies we've definitely found our pharmacy.”
“I went to the pharmacy counter, when they were not really busy, to ask about a non-prescription health care product. The pharm tech took the time to assist me in finding a product, even doing a search in an app. She gave me options that were available to me. I asked her about the availability of a blood pressure machine previously provided by the store, and, she took the time to explain why they did not have one anymore. (it broke and was never replaced when they moved locations). Caring people like this gives a human face to multi-national corporations like WalMart.”

“The general clinic gets a good rating. I've visited a couple of times and the staff have been pleasant and helpful.However there are no *mental* health specialists available. Fortunately, there are *behavioral health* specialists available, but I have learned that the behavioral lens can interfere with effective treatment of non-behavioral issues. Since I am struggling with the impacts of my mental health diagnoses (not my behavioral health) and I didn't understand the difference, my attempts to receive mental health assistance actually worsened my mental health for a bit.As far as talk therapy goes, the first therapist I saw lied to me during the session (a highly triggering experience for me), then, at the end of the session, told me that he wouldn't see me until I was medicated. I then saw a medication based therapist who refused to prescribe medications that have worked for me in the past (because he didn't want to prescribe them "right away") and provided an alternative prescription (designed for a different diagnosis). When I expressed concern that the prescription has a higher likelihood of negative side effects when taken with an OTC I was taking (to help manage my mental health), he was incredibly dismissive, suggesting that I was uninformed. Desperate for help, I took the prescribed medicine anyway. When I reported a bad reaction to the prescription (lack of REM sleep, high anger levels, and skin rash), the therapist seemed to dismiss my concerns as dissatisfaction with the slow release aspect of the medication. The medication therapist first stated he would prescribe a mood stabilizer to counteract the reported side effects, then, a few minutes later, dropped me as a patient instead. I'm grateful as I now know that the medication he was going to add would have actually exacerbated some of my symptoms even more. I'm still hopeful that I can get assistance from a behavioral talk therapist, and I've been on a wait list for a different talk therapist about 6 months. The world needs more Native healers, especially mental health healers.”
“They were out of roasted Hatch chilies at the Smith's in Carson and I called this store to see if they had them. After 2 tries, I got someone on the phone that checked stock for me, unfortunately I did not take their name down but they were very kind to do a visual check for me. I know that these holiday days are super busy so I appreciate it. First impression of the store was... it looks waaaay nicer than the Carson store. Everything super clean, flowers super fresh. Christmasy ambiance in full swing still. It's just a well kept store. Made my way to the back to find my Hatch chilies, a few employees passed me by but they were rushing, no "hellos" or "finding everything you need?" It's ok though, I explored a little bit. I did a whole loop around the store. I noticed they have a full olive bar and large variety of imported cheeses!! Had to hold back because my fridge back home was already bursting at the seams just like my jeans if I keep eating like I have been.. anyway, I like this store. The in house made breads are pretty nice looking too. "I'll be back" (in an Arnold voice). After I got my chilies I made a stop at the drink section. I remembered I had to grab sodas. I found the last 2 real sugar Pepsi 12 pk. I read the sale sign wrong. I thought it read "buy 2 get 1 free", so I grabbed 2 of the Pepsi and 1 ginger ale. and I made my way to the register. When the cashier rang them up, all didn't come up with the sale price and I was directed to the customer service desk. I was annoyed thinking I'd have to wait forever to be refunded the one 12 pk. but when I got there I was greeted by a smiling Ms. Kama. There were a few people before me but she was quickly and efficiently moving that line. When it was my turn she pointed out that the sale on the sodas was buy 2 and get 3 free! She had me go grab the other two 12 packs and fixed the error and sent me on my way. It's the employees like Ms. Kama that turn an annoying experience into a positive. They come through for these retailers on the busy holiday season and keep it kind and professional with a smile on their face. Thank you Ms. Kama if you're reading this. You rock!”
