“I do not usually come here as they typically carry the EXACT same stuff as the Reno location. Whereas the Carson City location not only has different products but also different sales. Quality/Quantity - Got one of each size of the discounted snow shoes! Actually I bought them all. Last time I looked, I only had two feet??? I got them for all my guests when they visit. If you are following, you know I am on this exercise kick! This has been on my list and to get it for $10 each! Normally they are around $80 each. I was so happy. Quite a few products that I believe the Reno location does not have, see pictures. Oh, and their gas was 1 cent cheaper than Reno's Costco. Atmosphere - Consistent except for the above. Today was also a generous sample day, I almost skipped dinner after shopping here. Actually, I gave my wife half my entree because I left here so full. Service - 5 stars. Demo sample team was good. The employees were friendly. Especially the two that I made small talk with showing them the snow shoes I was buying. Price - Great prices today! But as usual we overspent... When we find these sales, we buy it all whether we need them or not. I did not even look at all the stuff my wife bought because all I could think about was my future hikes. :) With my $10 snow shoes, LOL. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 2006. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. Now you are the 5th largest retailer in the world and #10 on the Fortune 500. 804 warehouses worldwide, with 558 in the US. 1980 IPO. 1993 Price Club and Costco merger. 1997 Rebrand all locations to Costco. 2020 105.5 million members.”

“Thank you Costco Pharmacy for being so loyal since day one you opened! I have always filled our prescriptions here and have not ever had a problem. Last night I was running errands all around Sparks and realized I had forgotten to pick up my medications. Needless to say I showed up 2 minutes before close! So sorry pharmacy staff but thank you so so much for not turning me away and being so nice. This was one of the fastest cheapest Costco run ever lol! I didn't walk out with $500-$700 of groceries and stuff I don't need!”

“Best pharmacy I've used yet. They always answer the phone quickly and they're always very nice and helpful. Other pharmacys around the area are rude, never answer the phone, and in general don't care about the wellbeing of their customers, which I find disgusting.”

“This is a good store and good people work here, however there is a MAJOR problem. This store is directly located across the street from Reed high and the teenagers who INFEST the place are AWFUL. You want to avoid the store in the mornings before they start school and when they get out of school. Their parents don’t care that their children are terrorizing everyone in that shopping center and wreaking havoc daily. I’ve seen them get into screaming arguments with the employees because they get caught stealing and it honestly makes me fear for their lives because this generation is doomed and they think they are invincible so they’re capable of anything, it’s terrifying. This is a good store but it needs some security because these kids are not scared of nor do they respect the regular employees.”

“Visiting the Spanish Springs Area on this day! Although the Walgreen's gets a 5 star rating, Google Maps which led us out here, gets a "3" as it's final approach is poorly illustrated! Walgreens sits right on the North-East Corner at the first intersection & light on Los Altos! X marks the Spot, the Store is right on the corner. Upon entering my first impression was noticing how clean & well maintained the rows of consumer items were! Signs on the upper walls could be seen from the front of the store which ID'd each department. Nice. There were two customers ahead of me in line. In less than 5 minutes I was waited on. The enployees were casual yet efficient & friendly. I noticed at least 3 cars go thru the drive through window! I was able to snap 3 or 4 photos which are attached for all to view. Have a Grateful Day at the Los Altos Walgreens!!?”

“I go to the Life Force NV Chiropractic office weekly in the shopping center complex weekly. Smith's is the cornerstone store of the shopping center. I can always get a good deal on meats or other items. I get change for the vending machine where I live and the clerks are always kind and courteous. The Reed High School students can fill up the parking lot on lunch break and after school lets out but they are well mannered and put their back packs in the corner when they go in the store.”

“While Walmart itself is fast going down hill. The pharmacy and its staff have always been very good over the years. I have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy. Walmart needs new leadership at this store on pyramid. Becoming a very dirty store. Sam Walton would be very upset at what his stores have become”

“I'm going out on a limb with this Yelp. Yes, I'm an employee and yes, I work in the pharmacy. I have given my team and I a four star Yelp because one can always improve. Nothing nor anyone is perfect. I would like everyone to take just a moment to hear my Yelp and acknowledge your pharmacy staff! We are always working and striving to meet your demands and needs. From working with your insurance because you feel your co-pay is to high to battling with the physicians because they have incorrectly written your prescription. The team tries so hard to keep all of our patients happy. But, reality is, that isn't what our patients see. Currently, our pharmacy has 3 full time licensed technicians, a Pharmacy Operations Manager, Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Cashier. It seems like enough staff, right? Really, it's not. Filling a prescription is much more than counting pills and slapping a label to a vial or box and poof it's ready for pick up! From typing to verifying to billing to review then to fill and on it goes to the next safety protocol before it's even bagged and put as a ready prescription. We ask patients to give us 15 minutes as what we call "waiters" and what we get in return, most of the time.. complaints, arguments, put downs, rude remarks, childish behavior from those that feel more entitled than others, for whatever reason I might add. People wait longer in line for their cheeseburgers and fatty fries then they will to pick up their cholesterol medications. The 20 minute coffee drive thru every single day doesn't phase them but the time it takes the pharmacy to fill their scripts accurately and safely is not even considered important. I'm just trying to express that we are working very hard and we try our best. We are human and we do fall short at times, which, is no different then the pickles you didn't want on your burger but they're still put on. Do you actually take your "valuable" time and report to the corporate burger headquarters how incompetent and lazy that the burger builders are? Absolutely Not! You pull the pickles off and gobble that burger. But when the pharmacy isn't able to kick out your 6 prescriptions in record time and then have to re-bill them because you forgot YOUR insurance changed and your old plan won't cover costs (go figure) but that seems to be a pharmacy issue because of our incompetent staff. What I'm trying put out there is that we are trying and we do work very hard for all of our patients. I really want to thank our wonderful patients that see us as human and acknowledge our hard work, our care, compassion and our friendly staff. Thank you to all of you for the kind words and uplifting smiles you give to us. If I could, I'd make sure a complementary latte was part of your pick up, just for the understanding of why you may have had to wait longer than you wanted too. Again, thank you, we, the team, appreciate you!”

“The staff at the CVS pharmacy on Vista Bl. in Sparks, NV are very friendly and helpful. I would encourage those of you who live nearby to use this pharmacy as your default store.”

“I like that it's spaced out relative to all the other CVS's I've been to across the country. High ceilings and wide aisles.Pharmacy wait was way longer than other CVS's, though. It was rush hour, but they still only had 1 cashier instead of 2, even though there were lots of employees working behind the counter in the pharmacy. So the pickup line was 6 or 7 people long.”

“Edit: Gabriel Ortiz De Mena has become a new favorite, she’s very kind and helpful. I think finally some new faces have joined who are trying to make this CVS more efficient because they are always overworked.-This is really hit or miss depending on your pharmacist. I would give this place 5 stars if only Yu Lin worked here! He’s the best and is so nice. Travel pharmacists here are sometimes very rude BUT there are some wonderful and kind exceptions! But I literally wait for my fave pharmacist to be back to go and order.”

Not only did she Help me find what I was looking for she walked me right up front and rang up my order. I also saved money with their Fantastic Rewards Program. Thank You So Much.”

“This is the most cleanest and organized cvs I've ever been in. The employee that cashed me out was very nice. Young guy, maybe in his 20s. I usually go to walgreens but now I might come here since it's so nice and clean. I'm sad I didn't take pictures so you can see how well organized and decorated it is. It's very easy to find what you need.”

“Not sure why this location has such bad reviews. There wasn't a line, the pharmacy tech was super friendly, and I was able to get what I need and get out quickly. Maybe it was the time of day for others but I went on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely will go there again!”

“As a common visitor of Walgreens, I'd have to say I've never had a problem. The green haired boy was incredibly kind and helpful so many kudos to him! I'll be going back and definitely suggesting my constituents and family to use THIS Walgreens specifically! Thank you so much Walgreens, keep doing what you're doing and give that young man a raise!!”
