“The Jiffy Lube on N McCarran was great. They got me in right away and the price was decent considering I have a foreign car. I also had an online coupon, they scanned the QR code and applied it to my final total. They were also pretty fast, but I took a star away because they could not reset my "service light" and there's no windows sticker to tell me when to come back, and no paper to tell me if they checked the items included in an oil change with Jiffy Lube, ( per the website. Over a good experience and I will return to the store when I'm due .”
“These folks are rockstars. I broke down not once but twice within two weeks near Reno, with different issues. Limped it to LT both times...they had my truck up on the lift, diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in record time. Plus they are all just incredibly nice people...they made a not-so-great situation a lot more bearable. Many thanks to the whole team!!”

“I'll preface this by I'm not much of a review writer, but felt the need based on this experience. I just went down to Reno Tire Pros (honestly found by proximity with a Google search) because my tire pressure light kept coming on. Not only did they take care of my problem quickly, the gentleman at the front was honest about my tire needs. They had an opportunity to be dishonest and could have ripped me off, but chose not to. For that alone, they will get all my future (actual, necessary) business, and referrals if anyone has tire related needs. Thank you guys!”

“I will be coming back. No high pressure sales pitch for a new air filter (mine's K&N anyway) or interior filter, etc. Fast and friendly. Was able to stay seated in my comfy car the whole time. Not only was the car wash included but I was also provided disposable wipes for the dash and glass.”

“I had originally booked an appointment at Big Brand Tire & Service through my warranty company Repair Pal, due to my vehicle having a check engine light come on while driving. Was hoping it might just require a minor repair but after Big Brand Tire ran their diagnostics, gave it a full inspection, and fixed the issue causing the check engine light, they discovered that I also had a damaged cam/lifter that would eventually destroy my engine if left un-repaired.
Kenny and his team did an amazing job working with my warranty company to not only locate an engine for my older (2012) vehicle but also keeping me updated along the way and working to save me as much money as possible. Thanks to Kenny and Big Brand Tire I only had to pay my deductible for a brand new engine along with some other required maintenance for the repair.
They even went above and beyond and fixed a likely unrelated exhaust rattle that caused noise while driving at no cost to me. Kenny was a fantastic service advisor to work with and his team did a great job on my vehicles repair. Would highly recommend Big Brand Tire & Service if your vehicle is in need of repair, big or small.”

“I take all of our vehicles for oil changes and smog tests. I have always been treated well by the staff and the have done their job well. I have a collector car that I have taken to much more expensive locations and ended up with greasy fingerprints on my hood. Here they take very good care of my vehicles.”
“The staff was super friendly and on point. Cesar and his crew went above and beyond with everything I needed to have fix. My ford f150 rim and tired got destroyed on a road accident and they did what they could to get me a new rim and tired for this specific car. Cesar even did the research to find the correct rim tire to match the other 3 tires. I can only say really good things about his service and the other guys as well. I believe angel was there and he was really good with customer service when Cesar was not around. Thank you Cesar thank you angle for your great customer service and work. You guys saved me in this one. Highly recommend them!”

“We are Oregon residence. We wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe with specific amenities. A dealer in Oregon had informed us that they only one available meeting. Our needs was at Lithia motors in Reno. We called on the telephone to confirm that the car was actually there, and essentially purchased it over the telephone. Two days later, we flew to Reno in the morning, and the car was ready. We completed the paperwork, and were able to have lunch at a fine restaurant, and drive home, arriving around 10 PM. Over the subsequent few days, we were contacted by various individuals in the dealership to make sure everything was going well. Over the following few days, we did have some concerns, mostly having to do with the details of registering the car in Oregon. The people at Lithia helped us and handled the details and a positive way. We are very happy with our Santa Fe and Lithia motors.”
“This place is great! They have a multi-car monthly membership which is very reasonably priced and includes unlimited car washes for all your vehicles. The vacuums and compressed air are diy and are covered by canopy which makes it nice to get out of the sun. 4 stars because every once in a while there is only one person with a scrub brush and they only get one side of the vehicle but with the unlimited plan you just go through again ask them to get the other side :)”

“Very courteous service and didn’t have to wait too long for my oil to be changed. I think they’re a bit expensive although it could be the type of oil they recommended I use. It’s definitely not for somebody who’s on a tight budget when they’re looking for an oil change.”
