“I'm so glad I found this place. I spent four months taking my car to other shops for a hard to diagnose stalling issue. Everywhere I went would perform minimal diagnostics, suggest thousands in parts and labor for things they weren't sure about, or just act like it was an unsolvable problem. Luckily I took it to Allen's, they are lifesavers. When I called to discuss bringing my vehicle in, John was more confident and reassuring than any other shop I talked to. They did not disappoint. They did more driving and testing in the first two days then the other places did in a week. In the end this was an issue that took a lot of time and effort to figure out, and John kept me posted every step of the way. These guys know what their doing and won't overcharge you. Highly recommend.”

“The repair was for my 84 year old mother’s Mercedes. It had an issue with the power steering pump. We worked with Geronimo and he was extremely sensitive to our needs. I live in another state so finding someone you trust and feel comfortable working with is very important. Geronimo was extremely communicative with my mother which I greatly appreciate. He went through the vehicle and 3-4 other issues as well. He called promptly with an estimate and we had him commence with the service.they had to order the parts and said the car would be ready on Friday. Friday came and at 1:00 pm that day he called to say the car was ready.?wow!! Everything from start to finish was done as we were told and with the utmost professionalism. I will recommend anyone I know Master technicians and Geronimo. A truly great and honest company.”

“I typically take all of my vehicles to the dealership to get repairs and maintenance done, but our dealership couldn't get us in for a couple weeks and we really needed an oil change, so following my fellow yelpers, I decided to come here. I pulled up and parked, in a really nice girl actually was making her way to my vehicle, greeted me, and pulled me in the bay immediately to get the service. And then showed me my different options. Unlike the dealership that typically has the car for about 4 hours for an oil change, we were in and out in about 15 minutes!!I figured the price would be a little cheaper, but it's cheaper than what the dealership offers, and you have an array of different oils and synthetics you can choose from with different price points. We just went with the cheapest of all, and I think it was around 85 bucks! Great place to come if I'm in a pinch for time!”

“I have been using Andy's Automotive for 20+ years & let me tell you, I will never go anywhere else!!! My front axle broke in my 2017 Toyota Tundra. I purchased this truck in Elko, Nevada & went thru the warranty company to have the axle replaced. Because it was under warranty, I had to go thru Dolan Toyota (what a joke!!) Here we are 4 months later (STILL waiting on axle from Dolan Toyota!) Went to pick it up from Dolan on Monday because I was so pissed I had been waiting for 4 months!! Took it to Andy same day. He had it ordered & installed (an even better axle!) 2 days later!!! I should have just taken it to Andy in the first place. Have never had ANY problems at Andy's shop & would recommend them over any shop in Reno any day......Look nowhere else! Thanks for all the years of awesome work Andy! Mark Davis”

“Ive ALWAYS have loved this place My family and I have taken our cars there for smog,oil,transmission and wash tons of times . We are dedicated. Only downfall is sometimes the guyz working there are rude or abrupt, but that is their prob.Today went to have oil change, done great as normal, guy that helped me noticed at another store I had bought an engine and air filter and offered at no charge to put them in for me! Loved itA little pricey but serious what isnt now adays. Some bad reviews but Im still a loyal customer until they fail me.Quick and Easy”
