Before my daughter unloaded her two toddlers out of the car, John advised her she just needed to go to the Apple Store and they would honor her warranty and get her a new phone right away. John then reviewed my plan and found away to update the plan I was on, get me a new IPhone for next to nothing extra per month, and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend John and their T-Mobile store for anyone looking to upgrade their phones or just get information on a new plan that they might qualify for. Warren”

He not only explained my contract to me, he also guided me to an amazing phone that I couldn't be more thrilled with. It's everything I needed and because of him everything I wanted. He has a very genuine personality, and that makes everything vibe just right. I went in blind and now I see what I've been missing. Super duper high-speed data. Yeah buddy...I was able to stop and guide a tourist today while out picking up lunch. Maps opened in a snap, and she was on her way....true story. Any previous carrier I used before and there are many....couldn't match this with a 10-foot pole and a friend pushin....

“I had what I thought was a horrible problem. The service guy who was there alone helping other people. When our turn, he was very friendly and knowledgeable it was about 10:30 a.m. I want him to get credit. He fixed my problem in about 2 seconds but had me do it so if it happened again I'd know what to do. Definitely as soon as I need a new phone I'd ask for him.”

“We were helped by Damian at this T-Mobile location and he did an absolutely incredible job. He deserves a raise, seriously he was great! He did everything possible to make sure we were helped despite multiple obstacles he continued to work with us for hours, quite literally his whole shift he was there with us until we got the plan we needed. He even skipped his lunch just to help us, he made sure to get us the best possible deal and he was incredibly kind and honest with us about everything when others would have most likely tried to rip us off to make a profit he made sure we got what we wanted for a fair price and never got frustrated even though almost nothing wanted to work for him that day he was determined to get it taken care of and find a solution to the problem so we could do what we needed and not have to come back again. If you go to this location I highly highly recommend asking for Damian!Thank you so much for all of your help!”
“Helpful staff that maintain a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I bought internet and the whole process from start to installation took only 2 hours, it was a lot cheaper than At&t as well.

I asked a lot of questions concerning phone plans, insurance, and other details; Malia answered them all patiently, thoroughly, and never rushed me. She even spent extra time trying to see if we qualified for discounts. Malia went above and beyond what is required; I was completely satisfied with this experience!”
“Deidrick Johnson came out to make sure that we had the updated router. This young man went above and beyond to make sure that we were connected to everything before he left. This young man worked, brought up YouTube to help us and together it works. What an amazing employee you have to make sure your customers are happy. While I was in the store today (12JUL2024) at about 1:15PM, another customer entered and was immediately rude and disrespectful to Zachary. Zach kept his cool and de-escalated the situation in an appropriate and professional manner. Honestly, Zach played this childish customer like a fiddle.
I tried to bring Zach's great work to the attention of Spectrum's customer service, but they refused to help and told me that they had no way to communicate with the managers of physical stores.
If the manager of this store happens to see this review, know that Zach did a great job and has some top-tier people skills.”
