“I ordered custom blinds and we(them/me) had reversed the measurements on the width and height, since it was a special order, refunds are not allowed. The returns cashier, blinds/curtains specialist, and manager(needed to approve the return) we're all amazing. This Home Depot goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I never hesitate to buy from this store because if I need to take something back, these guys have a lot of empathy and treats each transaction case by case and makes judgements that go beyond store policy. “Overall i do like Home Depot. A couple week's ago I came into this location needing to get a tree stand and a Christmas tree. There were 4 employee's standing near the Christmas area so i walked up to ask a question and all of them walked away. One female employee happened to walk by and asked if i needed help with anything. As I explained what i was in search of,she walked me to the area. I picked out my tree and she said I'll send out the guy who cuts the ends off the tree. I waited almost 20min. Never buy Christmas tree's here. The tree i bought lasted a little over 2weeks. I kept water in it & used the tree reserve and it didn't last.”
