The store is great! Everyone is helpful and HD usually has everything I need. Two stars off because their call attendant system is completely dysfunctional and a waste of time.

customer service is always top notch but has anyone else noticed their plants - annuals and perennials - are lacking in care? unless i get there on the delivery day what's left over for the next couple of days are dry, wilted, dead plants - no one seems to take care of them after they're delivered...
