From the moment I entered the building, I was warmly greeted by Hailey, who asked me a few questions to assist in getting me together with the right showroom -consultant, who ended up being Hollie.I was there to select and purchase various items for an upcoming bathroom remodel project. Hollie was not only friendly and personable, but super knowledgeable about these products (tub, toilet, vanity, sinks and various plumbing hardware that goes along with it.) Any time she wanted to be sure of something, we went back to her desk to look it up on her computer. I guess I may have taken close to 2 hours of her time, but genuinely felt like everything was nailed down upon my departure. I never felt like I was with a sales individual, but with someone who asked questions, listened to my responses and guided me in the direction of my best interests. A+ customer service!Both Hailey and Hollie are wonderful ambassadors for Ferguson Plumbing Supply. I'm SO glad I went there!”

“Czyz's Appliance was amazing- we had a fridge give out while we were up at our cabin on Donner Summit, and Tammi responded to me ASAP on a Sunday when they were closed and helped me figure out which fridge would be the best replacement. As soon as they were open on Monday, she worked with me to figure out not only our fridge but the rest of the appliances in our kitchen that also needed to be replaced. She got her delivery and installation team up here within two days and they were awesome too! They got everything installed perfectly and we are so happy with our entire set of new kitchen appliances. I highly recommend Czyz's!”

“I ordered custom blinds and we(them/me) had reversed the measurements on the width and height, since it was a special order, refunds are not allowed. The returns cashier, blinds/curtains specialist, and manager(needed to approve the return) we're all amazing. This Home Depot goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I never hesitate to buy from this store because if I need to take something back, these guys have a lot of empathy and treats each transaction case by case and makes judgements that go beyond store policy. Thank you store 3311! Your team rocks!!!”

“My Kitchen and Bath Designer recommended Ferguson and, specifically, Mindi Seidel (Hynek), sales consultant. Mindi was great from the start. She helped me find my preferred JennAir line of kitchen products. Then, when we discovered that the JennAir Induction Range was no longer available, Mindi quickly found a Bosch substitute that was also the right size for my kitchen. (Problem solved.) Much later, when I was registering products, the online JennAir agent asked for a photo of the model number on the Hood, which I could not find on the installed product. Once again - here's Mindi, to-the-rescue: "Can you take the grates out of the hood and take a picture of the serial/part number that way?" Yes, I could! (Again, problem solved.) Mindi has always been willing to answer questions even after products were installed. It is so helpful to be able to stay in contact with the same sales person. I am very grateful for the good customer service at Ferguson in Reno.”

“Great place to buy meth in the parking lot from the employees or any of the officers who have some stashed away in the patrol cars. Plenty of stuff in home Depot but down at the 7-11 next door there are reasonably priced hookers. Definitely recommend this area to people traveling and after divorce from someone who can't stand seeing a ex enjoy life again after wasting a decade taking care of her kids and spending thousands on them for no reason they didn't deserve a penny of hard earned money.”

I was able to find a couple of plastic self watering pots for about $5 each and some cactus mix potting soil for $10. There isn't much in that department due to the time of year, but there are the essentials.”

“Overall i do like Home Depot. A couple week's ago I came into this location needing to get a tree stand and a Christmas tree. There were 4 employee's standing near the Christmas area so i walked up to ask a question and all of them walked away. One female employee happened to walk by and asked if i needed help with anything. As I explained what i was in search of,she walked me to the area. I picked out my tree and she said I'll send out the guy who cuts the ends off the tree. I waited almost 20min. Never buy Christmas tree's here. The tree i bought lasted a little over 2weeks. I kept water in it & used the tree reserve and it didn't last.”

“I like home depot. I know it's a chain hardware store. But the employees give you that hometown main street feel. So very nice and helpful. They take their time in explaining what works best when it comes to your issues. Like finding the tools for a job big or small. When i leave i feel a little bit smarter. Only negative i have is the self check out. I am not a fan. If I'm gonna do the job of an employee shouldn't i get a percentage off my bill?”

“Very positive experience at the paint department. The representative went out of his way to make it a good experience. My paint was mixed and ready in minutes, given the pourable spout as well as the wooden stirrer and can opener. My paint was tested on the top and dried to show the exact color was correct. He also let me know that Home Depot will also save the colors that you purchase in their system under your name. Nice! Busy time and I had the painters already in my home so appreciated the speedy and efficient service! Not to mention I love Behr paint, can always find the color and finish I want.”

“These people are the very best; they saved me over $130 dollars on a simple knob replacement for my stove. After contacting General Electric personally, who priced a simple "knob" at $169.00, I called Appliance Parts and they located the replacement knob for $33.00! They were diligent and patient in looking up the part and helping me on this "small potatoes" item. They treated me like I was the $100 customer! Everyone SO NICE THERE! I am a customer for life.”
