“I bought a new chainsaw from these fine people last week and couldn’t have been happier with their customer service! Knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. I really appreciated how they fired it up (and tipped off the fuel and bar oil tanks) before I left, too. They even threw in some extra stuff at no extra charge!! I’m very happy to have made my purchase here, and I’ll definitely be back again. Shout out to Luke and Kelsey (I think that was her name, but the associate who’s name starts with K) for all the help and for being so cool in a Friday an hour before close.”

“These people are golden - especially Anthony, the "key guy". Not only did he come in on his day off to help me, but he worked on my key/car problem, for 2 days. He studied the problem on his own time, figured it out and came in on his DAY OFF, to fix it and to make the key properly. (It is a difficult car with a problem.) He was assisted by Jay, the owner/manager, who was so supportive of Anthony, and was a true "gem of a boss." Someday, I wish I could work for someone like that. I am not one for reviews, but this time, they truly deserve one and I wish I could give 100 stars. Thank you, Anthony, and also Jay, for helping me. I will definitely be back.”
“This place is stocked to the ceiling with a ton of industrial parts, supplies and even some tools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in some parts I needed hardware for and he had just about everything. A few small, stainless metric allen bolts he didn't have in stock. He said he could have had them the next day but since I was in a pinch he kindly recommended me to a different store that had them in stock. They were even able to custom make a stainless steel braided hose to my required specifications and had the adapters I needed for my application.”
“We came across this store while on holiday in Reno. We're from a farming country, New Zealand, and we have plenty of Farm shops and supply stores. But this one takes the cake! It has everything you'll ever need, and some fantastic country clothing. We spent about 2 hours just wandering around the shelves, and had a lovely conversation with an employee who was well informed and very friendly. You are very lucky to have such a store!”

“I ordered custom blinds and we(them/me) had reversed the measurements on the width and height, since it was a special order, refunds are not allowed. The returns cashier, blinds/curtains specialist, and manager(needed to approve the return) we're all amazing. This Home Depot goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I never hesitate to buy from this store because if I need to take something back, these guys have a lot of empathy and treats each transaction case by case and makes judgements that go beyond store policy. Thank you store 3311! Your team rocks!!!”
“Toro, associate from the gardening department, was of tremendous help today as he assisted me in unlocking the spool compartment of my Ryobi weed wacker which I had just bought from here a couple of weeks ago. Everything was working just fine, until I accidentally fed the line back in and was having trouble taking it apart to feed it back out. Toro helped fix this issue with great expertise. Thank you!”

“Very positive experience at the paint department. The representative went out of his way to make it a good experience. My paint was mixed and ready in minutes, given the pourable spout as well as the wooden stirrer and can opener. My paint was tested on the top and dried to show the exact color was correct. He also let me know that Home Depot will also save the colors that you purchase in their system under your name. Nice! Busy time and I had the painters already in my home so appreciated the speedy and efficient service! Not to mention I love Behr paint, can always find the color and finish I want.”

“I like home depot. I know it's a chain hardware store. But the employees give you that hometown main street feel. So very nice and helpful. They take their time in explaining what works best when it comes to your issues. Like finding the tools for a job big or small. When i leave i feel a little bit smarter. Only negative i have is the self check out. I am not a fan. If I'm gonna do the job of an employee shouldn't i get a percentage off my bill?”

“This is the best hardware store in the area. I can get in and out of here before I can get parked at Home Depot. The inventory is huge - tools, garden, plumbing, hardware, screen repair/replacement, and more. Owner involvement is obvious here. Great store.”
