“This place is stocked to the ceiling with a ton of industrial parts, supplies and even some tools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in some parts I needed hardware for and he had just about everything. A few small, stainless metric allen bolts he didn't have in stock. He said he could have had them the next day but since I was in a pinch he kindly recommended me to a different store that had them in stock. They were even able to custom make a stainless steel braided hose to my required specifications and had the adapters I needed for my application.”
“We came across this store while on holiday in Reno. We're from a farming country, New Zealand, and we have plenty of Farm shops and supply stores. But this one takes the cake! It has everything you'll ever need, and some fantastic country clothing. We spent about 2 hours just wandering around the shelves, and had a lovely conversation with an employee who was well informed and very friendly. You are very lucky to have such a store!”

“Used the app to find if they had what I wanted in stock. But the location that the app gave me was nowhere close to where the associate that helped me find the product that I needed. I was buying a humidifier and the app sent me down the aisle that had the lights but apparently the humidifiers were up front in between the register and customer service. Someone needs to fix the location on the app when they move items. But I thank you to the associates that took me to the humidifiers and they did have the one that I wanted in stock.”

“I ordered custom blinds and we(them/me) had reversed the measurements on the width and height, since it was a special order, refunds are not allowed. The returns cashier, blinds/curtains specialist, and manager(needed to approve the return) we're all amazing. This Home Depot goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I never hesitate to buy from this store because if I need to take something back, these guys have a lot of empathy and treats each transaction case by case and makes judgements that go beyond store policy.
