“I was confused and didn’t realize until our third visit to Great Basin that the restaurant goes by Foodshed Cafe and it’s on top of the Grocery store. We went for brunch on a Saturday to learn they stop breakfast at 11a and move to lunch. No brunch items are on the lunch menu. We ordered the avocado toast with mushrooms and a latte. The toast was rich and filling. The mushrooms added a great flavor. The latte was made with the house made almond milk. I found the latte to be stout and the milk thick. Definitely worth visiting.”

“Best selection of items are here at this store. It is worth the drive from Reno if you go on Sundays when traffic is not too bad. The other stores don’t have the variety due to theft? One of the GO’s in Reno did NOT have regular size non dairy milks on the shelves. This one had plenty of interesting items for Burning Man shopping with lots of non perishable meals. The other one, they seem to not spend the time in the purchasing office as much as this one. Carson’s store is good too.”

“Like any other WinCo except the long lines like the one in North Town.
Employees were friendly and items are well stocked. The store is clean and the produce section is big.
For me the biggest plus are the short lines, definitely a big plus.”

“Very cute food court ?, not much options but there is different food types from Mexican food to Mediterranean ?. Seems to be steadily busy throughout the day too with you teens to families.

Parking: Somewhat limited as it's shared with other nearby businesses, but available spaces.”

“Valerie is always so helpful and greets you with a smile when you come in. Love the changes that are taking place inside the store. It’s so open and you don’t feel like you’re in a dungeon anymore! So many options to choose from.”

“Sprouts premade single serve meals are delicious. They have a deli that is very reasonably priced and I live Sprouts virgin Olive oil. Its imported from Spain, tastes exceptional and reasonably priced:”

“Always has the hard to find vitamins and supplements. Only place to buy Marys chicken, truly tastes like chicken used to taste. I will always go out of my way to shop here”

“I went in to get some vitamins. Very clean and well organized. My first trip was two days before a big 20% off sale. The Sprout's employee share about their upcoming sale. Now that is caring about your customers. Two days later, I saved $20. I
appreciated their signage above the different supplements. Staff was very knowledgeable about what they sold. Big thank you to Paul for walking me through different options. A pleasantly surprised customer. Great job, Sprouts.”

“Reno - the winner is Raley's! The right mix of organic and conventional produce/products. Not a bargain basement BUT not a ripoff. My yardstick - Amy's organics. I check the freezer case and soup aisle of every store I tried in Reno to see what they charge for Amy's. The frozen enchiladas can be anywhere from $6.50 to $8.50. Raley's was right in there at $7.00 Quart size organic milk. If only they had pint size buttermilk - as a single I can't use up a quart for pancakes. (a half recipe makes 2 days). Good selection of decent organic produce. (CooP has best veg, everything else there is too expensive) The competition - Sprouts (limited selections, don't trust their house brand organics, $$ more than Raley's) Whole Foods (OK but they recently jacked their prices back up) Save Mart (not my thing) and a midnight trip to Winn Co (surreal experience BUT they did have some Amy's, not much selection $.50 cheaper than Raley's) Keystone is a very nice store.”

“What an awesome put-together grocery store. They have great deals if you use digital coupons. They have plenty of parking and handicap as well, and the door opened automatically so wheelchairs can fit.”

“A lovely shop! Clean, well-organized, well-lit.
Found everything I need and more. Check out this Purple Haze cheese from Cypress Grove. A great gift for any goat-cheese enthusiast. ?

One problem, and to be fair it was 11 am, so maybe I was there at a bad time, but the garlic rotisserie chicken was very dry.

I recommend Sprouts for a delicious, juicy rotisserie chicken at a better price.”

“I'm writing this review on a gas station/mini mart for ONE reason.... For the Mexican food, obviously. Sounds weird, but check it out... This unassuming gas station has a small take out only Mexican restaurant inside. While they have a small menu, it covers the gamut of what you'd expect. Tacos, burritos and the like. But as it was morning, and I hadn't yet woken all the way up, I needed breakfast burrito and some spicy salsa. And the one I got was amazing! Just so happens they have a hot stand with some recently made selections, which normally I'm sketch on, but this place? They were so enthusiastic about the food they sell, I had to give the chorizo burrito in the hot case a try. The guy behind the counter was all smiles as he talked about how fresh it was, and gave me a couple spicy salsas. Took it home, unwrapped, and saw this thing was tightly wound and packed, not falling apart. Score! It was double wrapped in both foil and paper, so it held its moisture and heat in. Score! I take a bite - delicious! Chorizo, eggs, taters, peppers, great stuff. The salsa was really good too. Alternating between the green and red kept it interesting, and by the end of it I was completely convinced this place doesn't make "gas station" food. They just make good food, period. If I ordered this at a "restaurant" and they put this burrito in front of me, I'd be happy, straight up no lie. And for $7, not a bad deal either, for what you get. Can't wait to go back and see what else they can knock out of the park!”

“Great place to find quality on health food at a reasonable price. I don’t go with anything in mind but when I’m there I’ve always come across good deals. This week they had a large jar of high grade Manuka honey over 1/2 off… that was a very good deal.”

“Vino 100 is one of my favorite spots. They have so many affordable wines and it's a semi-hidden gem. I say that because it's not in a super obvious location or one you'd think to go into but as soon as you go in - it's popping! They have a rotating list of wine by the glass but you can also purchase bottles to drink or to go. They boast a list of fun martinis though I'll admit I always stick to wine. I love their charcuterie board - it's incredibly random and seems to always change but I like the pure variety you get on the plate. It's the perfect amount of snack food. They do have a wine club you can join as well as some other Knick knack stuff to check out for gifts and such. Overall a great experience”

“I like shopping at Raleys. They seem to understand the importance of customer service. They add checkers when the lines get long. Checkers ask if you found everything when checking out. The produce is presented clean, uniformly and good quality. There’s a good selection of organic options throughout the store. Bathroom has always been clean.”
